Theres one king, many lords, and wardens. Kinda like the way it is in GoT. What else? There's a bit celtic influences, a bit germanic/nordic aswell.. Sagaathr as a whole is kinda like canada in regards to population density, lots of wilderness. Sagaathr isn't trying to be a main power, more of a local power. It is also opposite to Nevanmaa, they are absolutely more.... Conservative, while Sagaathr is far more.. liberal in ways. I appreciate that you did take time to make it smaller, but it is still too big IMO, bigger than any other nation on your continent. I would just remove the panhandle completely. Your population is also a bit large.

Why would any nation need to be the same size, IMO it breaks up the pattern. Not only that, the panhandle is where the German culture comes from, while the coast was the entry for the celts and nordic people. Its just human migration and the way the kingdoms were made. I can't really make it too small and again this is how I picture Sagaathr, remember, its several kingdoms in one, and not every inch of land is inhabited. I will see if I can make a bigger inland bay or something to compensate.
The population is based on my surrounding nations, if you bother to take a look, and considering that I am on NS since 2011, I know how to RP with such a nation like this, and, reminder, I was here before, with an even smaller nation, which was a tiny, tiny speck on the map. I really don't want to start from that bottom again, I know how to RP, I know how to build my nation, for others sure, but I know the drill , I know what can and can't be done.

As I mentioned earlier, there is a Slavic nation named Shibdan around the area south of Rayanov. I am sure it is possible that Luziyca could've colonized Rayanov and oppressed the indigenous Monics to the point they live on reserves now.
