How is alcohol in your nation regulated? Alcohol is heavily regulated in Philippinae. Any beverage containing 0.1% alcohol by volume shall be subject to the following tax schedule:
0.1% - 1% alcohol by volume = taxed the equivalent of 5 US dollars per liter.
1% - 3% = 7$ per liter
3% - 5% = 10$ per liter
5% - 10% = 15$ per liter
10% - 20% = 20$ per liter
20% - 30% = 40$ per liter
30% - 50% = 50$ per liter
>50% = 150$ per liter

Therefore, it is fully legal to fly around with nothing but alcohol in your fuel system. Just don't expect to win any battles that way. Oh, and if your fellow countrybots spot that you are weak, they'll probably try to overpower you and sell you to a foundry for your scrap value, so there is that.
