This soldier has been given special training, with his armor and guts he paves through tough enemy lines. His armor is made to instill terror into the enemy, and boost morale for enemies. The armor is made from the finest metals, capable of taking 45 RPG-7 shots, he is armed to the teeth with a
armor piercing Carbine. Not to be toyed with on the battlefield! The armor is made with layers of steel, hydraulics and nuclear energy makes the armor 80% lighter. The soldier is given implants to be able to handle the armor, and as well to function with out it. Not to be toyed with.

Medium Infantry Armor is made from extremely tough polymers and lightweight steel. Various lobotomies and microchip implants have removed his sense of fear and turned him into a die-hard soldier who will fight aggressively for America. He is armed with a M2095B Thompson, a remarkable rifle with armor piercing rounds, 2 steel combat knives, 3 frag grenades, and one human brain. Every thing is made by the government. Truly an outstanding soldier.

A normal soldier, walking the streets, wears either a red or dark blue tunic, depending on his role in the army, with black leather trousers and polished black leather boots. He will wear a headgear of his platoon, such as a helmet, beret or cap. He may wear a sash and/or sabre if entitled to do so, and will wear a Sam Browne Belt too if required. When fighting, a greenish-grey variation is worn, known as Away Dress.

given that fact we have decided to move backwards in technological advancement which only applies to the civilian world and those who are not the elite of the elite as in the top .2% of society our military has undergone some more modernistic changes. The Imperial Congress is in the process to let a small number of women join the ISA military in combat roles which they could not have done before this all women who joined the military were made either cooks, maids, or entertainers for their male comrades. even if women do join males in combat they still will have to uphold the ISA, The ISA Constitution and all that it stands for including limitations on what women can and cant do and slavery even though they disagree with it.

[The 502nd Ghost Division]

The 502nd was founded in the last days of WWII by deserting German soldiers and their families. They brought along a large amount of gear that would be used until that allied with West Germany in 1953. Our soldiers wore classic grey uniform till around '58. Pictured below is what the typical enlisted soldier wore to battle while the officers wore grey trench coats over their uniforms.

In 1959 we switched to OD green uniforms of similar design much to the displeasure of many vets from the war. This design changed little till we switched to BDUs purchased from the USA in 1999.

Fast forward a few thousand years
The average guardsman typically wears a protective weave long sleeve shirt and pants covered in a variety of different materials(depends on planet and climate). The weave offers some protection from radiation, explosives, and shrapnel. Over that they wear an armored plates on their chest and back that offers good protection from lasers, shrapnel, and glancing melee blows.
