Christos has 10 provinces

1. Capitol Province

Cabo São Pedro has 3 states, and may get a fourth. The states are: Cabo São Pedro, São Pedro, and Jeceife. There is also the proposed state of Golaîna.

Officially there are 5 States all together though the whole state is usually referred to as Transylvania, There is: Mainland Transylvania, Crisana, Banat, Satmar and Maramures

We are divided into five divisions which we call "republics", each has its own unique culture. Similar the UK's countries.

And those republics are divided into states, and then into municipalities.

There are seven islands:

Iwosaka, "The Home Island" (Capital: Hoji)
Hoji is also the national capital.
Sanawa, "The Midway Island" (Capital: Kailong)
Sapsaki, "The Military Island" (Capital: Asneel)
Narasaka, "The Fisherman's Island" (Capital: Tijuku)

Joleria has seven states and a Federal District housing the capital city of Aloisia. The seven states are (in alphabetical order): Aimaque, Almeira and Carguito, Canascas, Leone and Hochibito, Nova Cambria, Orancon and Estanpache, and the Paliçada.

We have ten provinces, they are:

Baikek, Yujo, Taimo, Wy, Kon, Yeyay, Waecho, Jawae, Shanxi, and Guso.

México has 24 states:
California, Coahuila, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guadalajara, Guanajuato, Guatemala, Honduras, México, Nicaragua, Nueva Vizcaya, Nuevo México, Nuevo Reino de León, Oaxaca, Puebla, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Santander, Sonora, Tejas, Valladolid, Veracruz, Yucatán and Zacatecas.

We have 10 provinces. They used to be called "regions" until the Lazercanadian President suggested a name change.

If you are a geek, nerd, hipster, or weeaboo, you get to live in Nerdreich. Most Nerdreichers are members of La Cosa Fedora, although a few aren't.

The rest of the provinces are penal colonies for normies:

If you are an emo, hippie, goth, scenester, a theater person, or anyone too into po-mo touchy fely stuff rather than the self-evidently superior STEM, you get sent to Emokoku.

If you are a jock type, you get sent to Jockoku.

If you are a prep, you get sent to Prepkoku.

If you are some sort of redneck or hick, you get sent to Redneckoku.

If you are a member of the "gangsta" subculture or commit certain crimes, you get sent to Thugkoku.

Kannabyss consists of 7 islands, all unified by government, however budget and social law vary between them, as each state is free to govern themselves, however the Queen has the final call in all matters. Intervention normally only takes place in economic matters. Each state tends to be predominantly different races and each island tends to have it's own distinct culture and religious tendencies. Most of the islands practice either Shinto, Buddhism, or some type of ethnic neopaganism. There is a small population of Jews, Christians, and Muslims on the smallest of the islands and they are heavily restricted in the sense that they may not govern themselves and are forbidden to leave their jurisdiction.

We have nine states in Beaverriver which are:

The United Socialist States of Europe and Oceania has 43 states.

The Imperial Federation has sixty-three provinces, one colony, and a capital district. I am not in a mood to compile and post a comprehensive list of them right now, but readers who want to know more can easily consult my factbooks for more information.

We use our Electoral districts as our equivalent of states. We currently have 190 Electoral Districts

NB: We have 210 seats in the lower house, but 20 of them are PR.

We use star systems as our unit of division. We have about 30-40 billion of them, which is too many to list.

These kingdoms are then further divided into many states, which are then divided into regions.

I'm currently pondering now whether to switch my prospective map of Jykku (I haven't decided yet) from a DonJon-generated world to a collection of SimCity SNES's default maps...

Bromdun has 10 provinces:

The Vrree Nations are divided into (surprise) nations. While nations may have a territory, they are groups of people rather than geographical areas. While some nations are the sole occupant of a territory, others may occupy the same immediate area as another. Nations may have as little as 20 members (the minimum required for recognition as such), or as many as several thousand. The largest, Hwaike, has 5653 members at last count. According to the latest census by the Bureau of National Registration, there are 2811 nations in total. Listing them all would take far too much time.

40 Provences, 25 territories, 17 colonies, 4 Kingdoms, 35 self governing native-nations. 8 city states (municipalities). 12 commonwealth nations and 3 military zone citys.

The Roman State is divided into 27 provincia and two Eparchia : the Eparchies of the Golden Horn and of Alexandria, and the Provincia of Thracia, Rhodopia, Silistria, Paradounavia, Boulgaria, Macedonia, Aegean, Hellas, Epiros, Arberia, Servia, Travunia, Bosnia, Aegean, Cyprus, Opsikion, Ionia, Cibyrrha, Anatolia, Bithynia, Pontos, Charsianon, Koloneia, Mesopotamia, Cilicia, Syriacoele, and Phoenike.

As well, the Roman State is the leading state of the Hellenic Commonwealth, a collection of internally-autonomous states that have submitted to the authority of the Emperor in Constantinople which includes the Principalities of Wallachia and Moldavia, the Kingdoms of Sakartvelo, Armenia, and Arran, the Athonite State, and the Suez Canal Zone.
