The Bureau of DNA Development would like a sample of the code from one of these prisoners of Kalasparata. They are obviously able to withstand far more grueling conditions than our current slaves, to be able to survive all the way to the last step. Therefore, we would like to incorporate the survivability aspects of the code into the DNA Codec used by our Cloning Centers. (Of course, we will separate the desirable aspects out and discard any code responsible for causing the subject to receive that sentence.)

Please let us know how many Energon Cubes you would like in exchange for a sample of the DNA code from one of these prisoners. Alternatively, we would buy a (complete, living) prisoner who has shown this survivability trait.

Our harshest official punishment is total deletion by public meltdown. The traitor/dissident (dissent IS treason) is melted down alive, and all his Saves are thrown into the pit after him. Despite the horrific sound of "meltdown," unconsciousness usually comes quite quickly since the mind-boards will stop functioning due to heat fault almost immediately, so little pain is actually experienced.

Only in cases where the Leader is personally angered will the condemned really have to fear pain. The notorious Starscream, for instance, so angered Megatron that Megatron had him fitted with our best board-cooling systems so he would remain completely aware of what was happening as long as possible. Then, after he was forced to witness his Saves being destroyed (to heighten his sense of doom), he was slowly lowered, feet-first, into the molten metal.

Unofficially, the worst punishment is being dismantled alive, piece-by-piece. This is the usual fate of crooked mechanics, and is done at the hands of an angry mob. The ripped-off customers get together and storm the mechanic's shop. He is restrained by the mob, which then takes the parts they should have gotten in the first place, right off of the crook's own body. Anything left over is taken for spare parts or raw materials.

Being a crooked mechanic is legal from the government's standpoint. Unfortunately for crooks, it is also completely legal for pissed-off customers to use violence to take care of the problem.

Since mechanics are our doctors, the standards the population sets for them are far different than for the average shady Decepticon business. In fact, the mechanic business is one of the few industries where a truly honest Decepticon citizen can actually make a go of it.

The only real punishment we have is for bringing weapons into the country. The joke is "anything more dangerous than a paper clip" but in practice it's not quite that strict. The other joke about stripping them naked and throwing them into the cargo hold is an exaggeration. The cargo hold would be too cold.

9.Back bent backward rapiddly. there will be no treatment for it!

Your in there till you die! Begging for light and take off the sads which are covering the air hole and the paint job they spent hours on of the outside of the locker. These are in public with police holding tazors guarding them. Police also have authority to open the cell to to zap the criminal any time he/she complains about that he or she is: ichy, board, lonely, in-pain, hungry, thirsty, cold, hot (there is no insalation in these tin cells), sick, need to go to the toilet, have female issues (if youn know what I mean), have food poisenimg, are dirty, the cell is dirty. Also, the 100 year old, rusted cell never gets cleaned, ever! They are forden to make noise, speek or have any freedom in the slightest form. IC: The most severe punishment in La Habana is a lengthy prison sentence in a private prison, with hard labour.

Crime is non existent in Dendris, however, the most severe punishment available is burning at the stake for child murderers, followed by quicker more humane executions for multiple murder and rape. Life sentences for single murders or rapes, meaning an actual life sentence, none of that miscarriage of justice, life sentence with parole available after 15 years. Rehabilitation is available for non violent offenders.

I meant in regards to real punishments. All the nations saying they don't have prisons or crime are living in la-la land and should be ignored (they're obviously naive and probably 15 yrs old). It has been proven time and time again that rehabilitation doesn't work.
