To Whom It May Concern,

the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is establishing a embassy program in order to improve and establish relations with other nations from the NationStates Multiverse. The Principality of Dushan is a cybernetic monarchy located on a far distant world known for it's arid climate, sprawling megacities, and ancient culture. The default location for all embassies or consulates is the capital of Antioch. For all further questions and inquires, please contact us by telegram.

Note: We are currently restricting new admissions of embassies to nations that:

- Have a received and accepted an dushani embassy request
- Have otherwise forged friendly relations with us in the past or present

Exceptions may be made. If you are being interested, please send us a telegram beforehand. Thank you for your understanding.

Important information:

National Factbook
All government types and tech-levels are accepted currently.
The Maximum Limit for Security staff is currently 10. No heavy weaponry permitted. Local security forces will ensure an adequate protection against potential dangers.
The Maximum Limit for Diplomatic and Service staff is currently 25.
We request that the vehicles brought be limited to a maximum of eight civilian ground vehicles. Vehicles may be armored if you wish. Military vehicles are not permitted.
Medical and recreational Drugs are allowed and so is Alcohol.
Undeclared goods may be confiscated by dushani authorities
In accordance with Dushani Laws and regulation, no Slaves shall be brought in or kept on embassy grounds.
No dangerous materials, devices, plants or animals may be moved in.
We do reserve the right to decline any Application or Request without further comment if we believe that this serves the best interests of the Principality of Dushan.
The common conventions of international diplomacy (such as the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations) do apply for Issues not explicitly mentioned in this Text.

It has come to the attention of the New Hayesalian Government that, as part of your Embassy program, the Dushan Government is permitting the
temporary importation of slaves by diplomatic personnel. The Greater Island Kingdom of New Hayesalia and her allies in the Castlegate and
Amistad Declarations are committed to ending the practice of slavery.

We demand that you immediately end the policy of allowing any slaves to be brought into the nation.

We also demand that your Government clarifies it's policies on slavery in general, and whether the practice is legal in your nation.

It should also be known that no diplomatic posts will be approved until this matter is rectified.

In response to the New Hayesalian Communiqué:

The Royal Government of the Prinincipality currently does not grant permits to Slaves to be bought onto Dushani Soil as Slavery, itself has been abolished in Dushan about 200 Years Ago by the an edict of the Kashgar Empire to which Dushan was Vassal back then. Suceeding Dushani Rulers and Governments have continued this Policy and Slavery remained abolished ever since.

The intent of the written provision is made to make it clear to Nations who intend to establish Embassies in Dushan that they cannot simple bring in Slaves without a permission as this is the case in some other Nations.

We do sincerely hope that this most unfortunate misunderstanding regarding this issue does not hamper further relations.

We have been looking forward to establish official relations with the Gamindustrian Union since we noticed their interest in our "Politics" but had not the pleasure to do so until now. Your Embassy application has henceforth, after carefully review of course, been Accepted. Our only request would be to bring in only Semi-Automatic Versions of the Type 009 Assault Rifle "Excalibur".

As soon as our schledule allows we will return the favor and open an Embassy in the Gamindustrian Union.

The drones will be unarmed and look a bit more spherical than this.
