The most literal translation would be, Halette, "I greet." Wes þu hal, "Be thou well," or Wesaþ ge hale, "Be ye well," (that's singular and plural, respectively) often shortened to, Wes hal or Wesaþ hale, are more common greetings.

Bye:
The most literal translation would be, God be þe, "God by thee." A more common parting is, Fare wel, "Fare well."

Boy:
Cild or bearn, "child", are more commonly used for either sex, but for males specifically, there's cniht. Cniht was also used as a not-so-complimentary term for Suþerne feudal chevaliers.

Girl:
Cild or bearn, "child", are more commonly used for either sex, but for females specifically, there's mægden.

King: Cyning.

We don't really have words that cover all the connotations those have in English. The children of a monarch are æþelingas, but that just means "nobles", and applies equally to anyone else æþelboren ("noble-born"), from the cyning and cwen themselves to the children of the lowest hlaford. They would carry the title hlaford ("lord") or hlæfdige ("lady"). A sovereign ruler below a cyning in rank might be a bregu or dryhten. A high æþeling sworn to the cyning would be an eorl or ealdormann.
