What exactly is your nation's population? Europe supports several hundred million and all countries in the region don't exceed that size. So population size doesn't warrant such a large claim in a high-intensity area.

1,838,441 square km is about the size of your claim, in case you wished to know.

You do realize that claiming all of mainland Europe may be extremely limiting to other players that may join? Given Europe's popularity and extreme cultural diversity.

What land are you claiming: All of my North American territory is gone. Poof. Reverts to a primitive unsettled wasteland of ice and trees. Kestvala ceases to exist on the map for a tiny amount of time before the space-time continuum is hit by a ripple as world history is suddenly tweaked. With a second wave of a magic wand, there is a new country in Africa. This is, again, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Republic of the Congo, Cabinda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, and Tanzania. Sao Tome and Principe weren't included in the list before. I'm also taking them. Cabinda is a part of Angola IRL, the rest are entire IRL nations. The other island in the west is part of Equatorial Guinea, and the three islands to the East are all part of Tanzania. So in essence, I'm moving my nation to Africa and making it bigger. So, there's a new patch of beige on the map in Africa with "KESTVALA" slapped on it. The patch in North America is blank, because I'm not there anymore, because I'm moving my country. To Africa. From Canada.
I literally made a map too. I'd say it's not as good as yours, because Cerma's colony is missing and it only shows part of the world, but mine has me in the place I should already be in, instead of, you know, still in Canada for some reason, so let's call it a tie.

Why is your claim fair in your opinion: It's below the size cap, and not much larger than Cerma's territory in Africa. I'm moving my nation because I want to have a bit more involvement in the RP canon, and Africa has basically nothing going on right now so my presence will definitely make everything more interesting. Being in Canada has been boring and has made my role in the RP universe matter very little. Also, it will make me not being in the ATCO make way more sense. This move is not going to impact any other nation's history's significantly, considering I've been gone from CoDN for a while, and I haven't done anything besides news posts since my return. This is an overwhelmingly positive decision for myself and for other nations, in my opinion.

What land are you claiming: All of my North American territory is gone. Poof. Reverts to a primitive unsettled wasteland of ice and trees. Kestvala ceases to exist on the map for a tiny amount of time before the space-time continuum is hit by a ripple as world history is suddenly tweaked. With a second wave of a magic wand, there is a new country in Africa. This is, again, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, the Republic of the Congo, Cabinda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, and Tanzania. Sao Tome and Principe weren't included in the list before. I'm also taking them. Cabinda is a part of Angola IRL, the rest are entire IRL nations. The other island in the west is part of Equatorial Guinea, and the three islands to the East are all part of Tanzania. So in essence, I'm moving my nation to Africa and making it bigger. So, there's a new patch of beige on the map in Africa with "KESTVALA" slapped on it. The patch in North America is blank, because I'm not there anymore, because I'm moving my country. To Africa. From Canada.
I literally made a map too. I'd say it's not as good as yours, because Cerma's colony is missing and it only shows part of the world, but mine has me in the place I should already be in, instead of, you know, still in Canada for some reason, so let's call it a tie.

Why is your claim fair in your opinion: It's below the size cap, and not much larger than Cerma's territory in Africa. I'm moving my nation because I want to have a bit more involvement in the RP canon, and Africa has basically nothing going on right now so my presence will definitely make everything more interesting. Being in Canada has been boring and has made my role in the RP universe matter very little. Also, it will make me not being in the ATCO make way more sense. This move is not going to impact any other nation's history's significantly, considering I've been gone from CoDN for a while, and I haven't done anything besides news posts since my return. This is an overwhelmingly positive decision for myself and for other nations, in my opinion.

The colors looked fine on MS Paint. Oh well, I will have to decrease those colors luminosity by 20 then.
