Do your nation’s people wear clothes? For the most part yes.
Is public nudity allowed in your nation? If so, to what extent? Yes, in any public area, as long as you’re not indecent, however in certain weather conditions it can be illegal (police will provide clothes not a ticket)
Do you have a national dress, and if so, what is it? None
Are there major gender differences in clothing or is clothing unisex? 90% of men wear primarily masculine clothes, 90% of women wear primarily feminine clothes, both are socially acceptable for both genders.
What do your people commonly wear? Give an example (if applicable): For white collar jobs something formal, other jobs whatever functions best. On days off it depends on the weather, but something casual, and at home if you’re not going to go somewhere requiring clothing, nudity or comfortable clothing is normal.
Are there any particular items specific to your nation? Not really except for patriotic clothing and national uniforms for government jobs.
Is clothing regulated by the government in any way (for example, a dress code)? No, except for certain public schools. Private businesses may regulate clothing as long as it is equal/equitable for everyone.
Do school students wear uniforms? In most public schools there are no uniforms. For certain magnet schools and most private schools there will generally be a uniform in school colors. Schools may have a dress code banning inappropriate clothing, provided it’s equal for all students and clothing changes are provided.

Is public nudity legal everywhere? It’s legal on all public land provided it’s safe for weather and conditions (going naked in snow and going barefoot in a construction area are not legal). Private landowners can require clothing as they choose.
If it is restricted to certain contexts, what are those contexts? Public land and private land as rules allow.
If public nudity is legal, are there any laws protecting nude citizens (for example, would someone be explicitly protected from being kicked off a bus?)? You cannot be punished as long as you’re being decent as any clothed person would be, though sitting down in public areas nude you’d need to use a towel or other cover for sanitary reasons. This falls under the nation’s freedom of expression law.
Does the law control to any extent what people are allowed to wear in public? Only under specific circumstances depending on weather and conditions.
If so, how extensive are these laws (for example, do they only restrict that you have to wear a suit at your day job or is everyone required to wear a unisex uniform?)? If seen in violation of a public decency law or someone nude in dangerous conditions legal action can be taken.
Do schools more commonly have uniforms, dress codes, or no restrictions? Usually just dress codes, mainly for middle and high schools.
Does the government restrict people’s appearance (for example, dyeing hair or ear piercings)? No as long as it’s safe.
Does the government control the supply of clothing (for example, does everyone wear government issued clothing or are private businesses and fashion allowed? Only government work clothing is made with government involvement (military uniforms, etc.)

Do your nation’s people wear clothes?
Is public nudity allowed in your nation? If so, to what extent? Public nudity is not allowed, and clothing must cover the entire torso and as far as the first joint of a limb (elbow, knee, etc.). Anything beyond that is optional.
Do you have a national dress, and if so, what is it? There is no national standard of dress outside of government jobs
Are there major gender differences in clothing or is clothing unisex? Clothing is typically unisex, although different clothing is available
What do your people commonly wear? Give an example (if applicable): clothing is commonly made up of loose, breathable, but still durable fabrics and usually bright colors. Long sleeved shirts, pants are the most common, although laws allow them to be shorter. Clothing also tends to be made of fabrics tolerant of water and humidity, and also tends to be made of UV resistant fabrics to prevent against sunburn, heat related ailments, and clothes taking on water during frequent rains and/or while swimming
Are there any particular items specific to your nation? No
Is clothing regulated by the government in any way (for example, a dress code)? Various government offices requre individuals to wear appropriate clothing
Do school students wear uniforms?

Do your nation’s people wear clothes? Yes
Is public nudity allowed in your nation? If so, to what extent? It's only allowed in a few circumstances - pools, beaches, etc. However, where illegal, it's not in itself cause for enforcement
Do you have a national dress, and if so, what is it? Not really
Are there major gender differences in clothing or is clothing unisex? Some items are more male or more female, but many items are even sized as unisex.
Are there any particular items specific to your nation? Folded balaclavas are particularly common.
Is clothing regulated by the government in any way (for example, a dress code)? see below, plus safety regulation and restricted uniforms.
Do school students wear uniforms? Yes, at no expense to the student.

Is public nudity legal everywhere? No
If it is restricted to certain contexts, what are those contexts? pools, beaches, etc.
If public nudity is legal, are there any laws protecting nude citizens (for example, would someone be explicitly protected from being kicked off a bus?)? where legal in public, it's protected.
Does the law control to any extent what people are allowed to wear in public? Yes, some clothing is mandatory, safety gear is mandatory where applicable, some uniforms are restricted.
If so, how extensive are these laws (for example, do they only restrict that you have to wear a suit at your day job or is everyone required to wear a unisex uniform?)? safety regulations are reasonable, but simply posessing a restricted uniform can be punished by jail time.
Do schools more commonly have uniforms, dress codes, or no restrictions? All state-run schools require state-issued uniforms at no expense.
Does the government restrict people’s appearance (for example, dyeing hair or ear piercings)? Not really.
Does the government control the supply of clothing (for example, does everyone wear government issued clothing or are private businesses and fashion allowed? State-owned businesses compete in the clothes market against private enterprise. On the other hand, all restricted uniforms (military uniforms, school uniforms, transit attendant uniforms, police/fire/emt uniforms, etc) are monopolised and strictly controlled by the state.

b]Do your nation’s people wear clothes?[/b]

Yes

Is public nudity allowed in your nation? If so, to what extent?

No public nudity is frowned upon. Unless one is at a public batch at a waterfall.

Do you have a national dress, and if so, what is it?

No, aside from military.

Are there major gender differences in clothing or is clothing unisex?

Men do not wear dresses. A cultural decision.

What do your people commonly wear? Give an example (if applicable):

They commonly wear a mix of African, Western and Latino clothing. Meaning you may see some people wearing Dashikis (african) with jeans or suits (western), but many also wear straw hats and Alpaca Ponchos (latino)
Imagine these articles of clothing mixed with Western clothing

Nudity in places of business is prohibited. Shoes must be washed of mud before entering any governmental building.

Wochaystein wrote:The kind of clothing do people wear in Wochaystein is pretty much the same as the clothes people wear in other areas of Diarcesia, but with a few unique exceptions.

The most obvious difference is that women are expected to wear what is known as 'light blue shirts'. There are three of them: a long-sleeved blue shirt, a short-sleeved blue shirt and a denim shirt.

Men in Wochaystein also wear more make-up than men in other parts of the Monarchy Diarcesian.

Children are dressed in blue and white, with the colours reversed in the case of girls.

Physical strength and modesty inform fasion in Wochaystein. In the winter, people wear Kostüme (costumes), which is a thick coat derived from formalwear used in business. For shoes, they are expected to be well-maintained for either the rocky terrain or the cobblestone paths the country is known for. The kind of underwear people wear is limited in terms of choices, although some choose to wear overalls.
