3. What do individual characters mean? JAK is the city the vehicle was registered in, JAK means Jakassar. B is the alphabet class of the vehicle, which ranges from A to E. 13 is the vehicle class number ranging from 10 to 30. and the 7456 is the vehicle registration number.

3. What do individual characters mean? The first three digits are for the city/SSR they got registered in. The other numbers and letters are individual. Only letters that appear in both Latin and Russian-Cyrillic alphabet are used here. The pre-1995 system uses two Cyrillic letters for the city.
4. Does a car have one plate for its life or does it get reregistered? One for its life.
5. What can be found out from a plate number? Area of registration, estimated time of registration.

1. What is the license plate format? NNN-L-NNN for personal cars, NN-LL-NN for vehicles in public service, NNL-NNN for motorcycles, NNN-LLL for commercial vehicles, "CD"NNN-LL for diplomatic vehicles, LLLLLL-N for research and racing cars, NNN-N-NNN for animal-drawn vehicles.

Black characters on a Yellowbackground; German license plate font.
3. What do individual characters mean?
Personal cars and motorcycles: The first two/three numbers are the series released to a registration office, the last three are numbers in the series. The letter indicate: A,B,D,M= Motorcar E=Electric T=Taxi X,Y=Temporary G=Gas-powered K=Vintage N,P,Q,W,I,Z,F,V,U,J,O are not used.
Commercial vehicles:
The letters represent the company issuing the plates for itself.
Public service:
The middle letters indicate the type of service: e.g. "AM" for ambulance. When issuing, it is a general rule that the first numbers match one or more organisations. Multiple codes can be used for the same type e.g. "RC" is also for ambulances.
Animal-drawn vehicles are random. It is only used if travelling longer distances on highways.
Diplomatic: "CD" stand for Corps Diplomatique, the three next letters represent the issuing country.

Cars and motorcycles keep their plate for life. Cooperations and Embassies can re-register as they like. Public service numbers can be reused, when the original vehicle is out of service and storage. It is preferred to give a new number when possible. Experimental vehicles can often have several number during their existence.

The 1st two numbers are age identifiers,set annually, and the last three letters are the individual vehicles code.

2. What is the color scheme and font? Duborger license plates have a white background and black text in DIN 1451 font. To the left, there is the flag of Democratic Duborg and the country code DUB. The letter block is separated from the numbers by the Duborger coat of arms.
Plates given out before 1996 had a black background and usually an orange or red font. The format was the same.
3. What do individual characters mean? Codes are randomly generated.
4. Does a car have one plate for its life or does it get reregistered? License plate codes are bound to the owner of the vehicle, which means that if you replace your car by a new one, the new one will have the license plate from the old one. If one owns several cars, all vehicles also have the same license plate, while only one of them is allowed to be on public roads the same time. By request, you might also get another code.

Due to how small New Bahtar is, the number plate codes are issued sequentially, from BA 001 A to BA 999 Z. As of currently, however, the highest number plate is BA 137 H.

5. What can be found out from a plate number? From just looking at it, you can find the district and province the owner lives in, as well as the amount of times they re-registered the car. Extra information that is digitally associated with the number in databases includes the owner, car status (stolen/etc.), most recent accident involving the vehicle, and the date the car needs to be re-registered next.

The top plate is the standard plate for most vehicles. The example above shows a plate with a "special tag", in this case to denote a handicapped driver. Special tags are used to grant preferred parking to such individuals as handicapped drivers, senior citizens, military veterans and others who have been honored for "extraordinary service to the Nahualan people".

The middle plate, with the red number, represents the plate issued to government vehicles to distinguish them from regular civilian vehicles.

The bottom plate, with the blue number, represents the plate issued to diplomatic vehicles used by foreign embassies, consulates and legations.

1. What is the license plate format? 24 hexadecimal digits at the top (small) and 8 hexadecimal digits at the bottom (large). They also have a RFID that returns data in a different format called "Radio" that also has 32 hexadecimal digits.
2. What is the color scheme and font? Black letters on white background, with a special font for hexadecimal digits.

1. Format Letter^Number then 6 letters, numbers or symbols (symbols include ? ! # @ * & or %)
2. White with coloured characters (colour depending on which state the plate is from)
3. First letter is the first letter in the name of the state it's from and the first number is for the region.
All the rest are randomly assigned.
4.new plate every 5 years
5. Owner name and personal information including age, residence, and a picture also information about the vehicle like the model and past accidents.
6. Regular plates are 15X30cm
7. Rear plate and front plate
8. Special vehicle types get a sticker under the superscript number. The codes are: 01- prime minister, 02- police force, 03- fire response, 04- paramedic, 05- military, 06- home (you live in your vehicle), 07- dealer, 08- public transit. Small vehicles like motorcycles, bicycles, quads, etc. Have Letter^Number CCC (character) it is 12X20cm. They may also have one on the front, but it is optional. busses have a normal plate on the front, one above the back window (or where one would be) and a 12X40 one on each side either above the front door or where one would be. Trailers must have a bicycle plate at the back.
9. All vehicles that will use public roads need license plates.
10. At a police station or on the official police website.
