The Memetic Dissemination (TMD) is the official state-private joint-operated news agency and media corporation of the Syncretic Combine, founded following the merger of the Singaporean News Network, TV Knin, Meme News XD, AutismAlert, 'The Loser' Interstellar News Affairs Group, Kreshazi National Infodissemination Network, Radio Free Multiverse and Radiotelevizija Crnagore as an unified news network for Synkomese member states. Very unfortunately however, the 'just for lulz' genes of the SNN was passed down to TMD, exhibited by TMD in almost every inch of its existence from its name, which happens to also be the abbreviation for a certain Chinese profanity, to the content it broadcasts, to the writing style of its editors. Following its establishment, Synkomese military-occupied zones, fully Integrated regions and areas as well as inner member states have all switched to TMD broadcasting and news coverage.

Manila, Philippine Bayan - After a [REDACTED]-long period of inactivity, dormancy and even presumed complete shutdown, the multiversal entity of the 'Philippine Bayan' has again mysteriously reappeared...but no, this isn't the clusterfuck we expected after SACTO dogpiled on Timente in 2049. Investigation by Major Zoran has revealed that in fact a completely different Asigna Philippines as we know it is now presented before our eyes. In short, it's been...somewhat 'retconned'.

All interaction in the Asigna corner of DHQ-651 ceased and the sector almost disappeared from external view following irresponse in the so-called 'Progressive vs. Conservative Conflict' in which things certainly weren't going well for the Phi regime. Not only were the Sackies' desires crushed by this irresponse, it also led to the practical termination of a Mecharussian plan to invade the Bayan after deducing that the Republik Progresibo insurgent movement on the Amur was indeed inspired, and quite possibly directly supported by the Bayan. of course we all know the latter was bullshit k now go back fighting khabarovsk needs to burn Anyway, the cessation of activity was presumed by tetraphysicists across the multiverse that Asigna had disappeared completely, as this dormancy period was unusually long, with varying reactions. The people of Zhouran, for example, [DATA EXPUNGED].

It soon had filled the Synkomese people with curiosity as the Bayan has resurfaced, following scientists reporting activity in the 'Asigna corner'. However, the tetraphysical energy signatures attached turned out to be inconsistent and vastly different with that of the previous, at first arousing suspicions whether or not this is the actual Bayan but verifications proved true. It is presumed, that, as the energy signature was, after extensive comparison by assets, found to be identical to [REDACTED]'s, the Bayan has come under [REDACTED]'s possession. The behaviour of the new Bayan following this makes it no longer capable of producing memes for Synkomese consumption.

The resurfaced Bayan has also been apparently 'retconned' of all events prior to [DATE REDACTED]. It is unknown if other DHQ-651 entities observe similar changes in accordance.

With more scientific discoveries made on the resurfacing of the Phi, it is sure that the Bayan is now completely detached from its past, with both hopes and worries cast on this sudden change.

Ta'huya, Sub'yez Union - Recently announced in the capital city of Subyez was the adoption of a completely new national and state flag for the Syncretic Combine, along with new war flags, ensigns and flags for special military and public service branches. The new flags were designed and submitted by members from the National Vexillologists' and Heralders' Association of Karjantova, an inner Tier 3 member state of the Synkom, and were adopted officially on the 33rd Be'thja, 25th Kapr'ty of the 128th Cycle since Synkomese Membership of the Sub'yez calendar with the announcement.

The new national flag features a layout proportioned to that of the golden ratio. On top is a black field occupying approximately 2/5 of the area, in the middle a blue strip of 1/5 size, and below a gold field of the same size as the black field. The flag is defaced on the left by a modified version of the Synkomese State Seal, which features a white solid circle in which the Fractal Sun is placed and an outer red border divided so three cuts surround and adore the central circle. This new seal is expected to be also officially adopted in the near future, although the prevalence of the Seal over the Flag in documents and databases makes updating a more tedious task. Also announced in detail is the war flag, consisting of a 1:168 golden ratio red field with the same state seal but with golden cut borders instead, and a Standard for the Assembly of Comrades featuring an enlargened Fractal Sun on a white circle on a black field.

Per Synkomese policies of national and state symbols programmed to appeal to beings of all dimensions and levels the new flags will also be memetically, psionically and metaphysically to display an image considerably aesthetically pleasing to beings of all dimensions and existential levels. As per regulations, the Synkomese flag is still banned from being copied and/or imported to societies and civilizations not intended to learn of the existence of the Syncretic Combine, at least not on a societal-wide level, due to these memetic and metaphysical properties. 'Deanomalized' files are still permitted to be transported however.

When inquired on the symbolism of the newly adopted flags, Assembly representative Aleksandar Koridorić of the Crnagorci Federation answered: "The Synkom aims to be an open solidarity and unity, we are not enclosed to other ones if they wish to prosper with us as a fraternity, this message of us must reach every face of our state including our symbolism. The highlight is the edited seal. Whereas before an enclosed hexagon meant that the Fractal Sun would be isolated and unable to absorb new influences nor get rid of its own malefactors from within, now this permeable membrane gives the message, it permits anyone who wishes to join us to do so as they wish. The new banner will lead us with new spirit as our confederation proves itself to be a truly open entity." Analysts have linked the adoption of the new flag with the spontaneous increase in admission of Synkomese member states and further increase of voluntary Tier 4 and 5 member states, most notable the admission of Bahtar, Tamsien and Topkekkia in the sphere of DHQ-651.

Intermed Relay Node 45, Synkomese Translinear Space - It has been announced by Syurga Raya authorities that the Synkom will increase resources allocated to its member-state confederations and proxies of 'the Povezanosts', primarily the Bosnian and Serb Povezanosts, although Croat, Slovenian and Macedon Povezanosts will also get 'bonuses' this operation period.

Syurga Raya spokespeople in a news conference announced that in the following operational period - the only Synkom-wide fixed concept of a time unit - the central confederal authority will allocate significantly more resources to the 'nationality network' Povezanost confederations of DHQ-651, consented to Synkomese membership and serving as primary Synkomese interest tool in DHQ-651. The chain of war declarations started off when one of Pyro's videos was noticed to be criticizing the Acoustomemetic State. They then tried to take it down, but synkom was like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, they raged and declared war and are now bombarding synkomese positions with horrible musical.ly-derived materials. In addition to this, The Reunited Triprsta'd Kebab was angry PLAYER had left a dislike on the Andjeli brane Bosnu video and was allegedly the one commenting 'i'll bang hanka paldum :>)', and thus also proceeded to declare war. The rest we don't know. However, the Synkom has successfully sought aid from Multiversal Raging Russian Minecraft Kidz, who have unleashed a devastating attack destroying most of teh invading forcse on a planet.

Fighting has now shifted over to several Minecraft servers in 'Liberated Indevian Space', in which the Synkom and Multiversal Indevians have come to an uneasy alliance to fight against the swarming horde of the Acoustomemetic State. Despite sustaining heavy losses, Synkomese troops were able to drive Acoustomemetic forces from several servers and worlds, alongside destroying a Direct Upload Platform. The use of memetic weaponry and dank meme weapon platforms have also increased due to the unconventional nature of the opponents this time. As Synkomese tetraphysical forces have successfully barricaded several universes and dimensions, fighting has been largely restricted to the Minecraft servers, where 'Eye of the Spider' is being played 24/7 as a memetic weapon of mass cringestruction. Minor forces of the other newly joining forces have successfully landed in regular universes however and fierce fighting is being conducted as containment of warfare to the planetary level has succeeded.

In addition to this, the previous Synkomese adversaries, most prominently the Esbian Empire, the Disciples of Her Divine Unmatched Beauty, the Benjabert Cultists and the Soredkuzians have all launched renewed offensives with these news. With increased and nearly doubled pressure on its back, it is unknown whether or not the spine of the Synkomese war machine can sustain the time. From an even wider view, the greatly expanded conflict could have unforeseen impacts on multiversal politics.

OPERATION 'HANGED KING' COMMENCES WITH SUCCESS
Large areas of Indevian Region 'Apex-08' expected to be liberated

KAZCHUKA, APEX-08 - Marked with a massive artillery barrage, comprising mainly rocket artillery alongside orbital energy weapons and kinetic bombardment, the SIAF has launched decisively a large offensive in the Indevian region (also known as a minecraft server) of Apex-08, where the Great Background Circlejerk had raged on since it first started. The offensive, named 'Operation Hanged King' in honor of the great tragedy-play, aims at the complete liberation of the Kabremi region.

The massive troop movement involved a total of 228,000 soldiers on the front operation, and in addition to that over 15,000 armoured fighting vehicles, 1,600 logistics vehicles, 320 aircraft and 62 spacecraft. The Kabremi region, the focus of the operation, is held by around 158,900 soldiers, mainly from the Esbian Interuniversal Empire and its subsidiary organization, the Roman Confluence. 33 legions are present in the area although due to prolonged fighting in the past many have been significantly depleted from their original size of 5,000 each. In addition to their manpower, the Esbian-Roman forces also have 13,600 armoured vehicles and 72 aircraft. Its aerial power took heavy hits after orbital bombardment operations on known airfields and the efforts of Synkomese Atmospherical Combat Units (ACU).

Sabotage operations and disinformation campaigns have successfully minimized Esbian-Roman use of countermeasures as well as their awareness of an offensive in the area. Additional resources were transported from Synkomese hinterlands in high secrecy.

Operation Hanged King officially commenced on the 23th of the 20th Month, the last day of said month, when regular MLRS as well as GMLRS units opened fire and unleashed upon the Esbian-Roman troops a rain of mass destruction as gauss rockets and 3DEV4 rockets alike struck Esbian positions at a pace of 362 rockets per second. Following the depletion of the first group batteries, the second group, comprising mainly more advanced rocket troops alongside orbital bombardment units and frontline SPG companies, opened fire, focusing mainly on Esbian construction and armour. 3 fortress vehicles of the Legions were reportedly destroyed according to one reconnaisance satellite during the bombardment, alongside possibly hundreds if not thousands of armoured vehicles.

As the second group abruptly terminated their barrage, Synkomese motorized and mechanized infantry alike moved over the previous front, launching coordinated attacks that at first seemed little more than the daily routine of the SIAF units on the server. Following this, ACUs mobilized en masse, striking at Esbian communications and command infrastructure - that is, whatever was left of it - and also successfully prevented the formation of an Esbian reinforcement portal. A Synkomese portal storm also commenced with the failure of the Esbian countermeasure technology. These special battalions of robotic troops captured towns under weakened Esbian grip fairly easily and were also able to cause panic in Esbian troops over a lack of retreating routes.

Synkom and volunteer units were able to capture 13 villages and towns on the first day of their advancement. The collaborating units of the Republic of Shroomspruce were able to gain a good portion of the area from which they were expelled months ago, and their arrival in these towns were greeted happily by locals. Synkomese troops advanced into Novi Jastrebovićka, where in the remnants of the city they defeated all that was left of the 26th A08 Legion, and captured said legion's battle flag (see picture). This day-long battle was concluded with the waving of the new Synkomese war flag above the skeleton frame of a skyscraper.

The 32nd and 36th A08 Legions attempted an armoured retaliation in Zivkov where they ambushed a Synkom mountain infantry unit and a Shroomspruce motorized infantry unit on the road. However with the use of rocket-launched cringe platforms, anti-tank guided autism doses and internet carcinogenic rifle grenades the ambush was repelled, with the remnants of the two legions defeated later after Synkom troops reached Noriam, 18 km east of Zivkov and the legions surrendered. 3 legions were also routed in Kaboriam by an overwhelming Synkom Kreshazi mechanized force with biomechanically enhanced infantry. The fighting continued until Day 3 when at dawn the last of the enemy surrendered. SIAF troops also successfully surrounded 1 legion in the Meandersand municipality of Shroomspruce and symbolically detonated the old city bridge as exhausted Esbian troops in a breakthrough effort caught the event in their eyes. Following some fighting, these also surrendered.

The northern offensive encountered far more resistance however despite this SIAF members were able to achieve their goals for the first three days, that is, capturing the primary towns of Glutenhill, Nastiva and Ljutiva. Here Synkomese artillery, primarily towed 155mm howitzer units, 3DEV4 compatible, are greeting the Roman enemy with non-intermittent barrage while light infantry say hello with a grenade through the front door and a delay-triggered Leafyishere video through another. Glowstonemine, another major town, was marked of its liberation when T-55MJ units, with their symbolic plate armour, as well as other tanks marked by their signature improvised skirts and sandbags carried, drove into the town's main road. Still however Roman resistance in the town's outskirts are being cleared as Synkomese APCs incinerate pillboxes with condensed internet cancer.

In many areas, inhabitants welcome the Synkomese and Shroomspruce liberators with true thanking in their hearts. However the decisive members of the SIAF will have no time to rest and will continue to advance east until 'all aquilae flags from Kazchuka to Shaft are tore down, spit on and used as toilet paper as the unoriginal Esbian scum and so-called Roman contrivers deserve', a soldier says. Achieving satisfactory, even excellent results in the first days of the operation, an officer comments 'We may reach Shaft in a week and a half'.

Kemajuan, Archipelagic Federation - President of the Synkomese outer member state of the Archipelagic Federation, media personality and long-time political celebrity Philip Pines has in a recent news conference and interview commented on criminal law and executed punishments in the multiverse he considered to be 'edgy' and 'unnecessarily pretentious'. This interview proceeded following bismuth prices in the Synkom taking hit after hit due to an increased edginess potential in the multiverse caused by various actions of 'certain entities', in Pines's words, which resulted in a skyrocketing of the amount of bismuth as well as direct edge energy harvested.

Pines started (in his mother tongue of Tagalog, which we, the glorious TMD, fully translates in comparison to shitty presses of other philmedia), "Well, today I would say I am not going to criticize or bash any particular entity, but everyone knows that's false. Pines then moved on to comment about the extremely violent and brutal execution of a communist guerrilla leader in another country.
