Is voting mandatory? Technically, no. In practice, Clan members who are the only citizens eligible to vote for political decisions are under considerable pressure from their peers to vote. Besides, few would spend three or more years in the military to earn political rights just to not use them afterwards anyway.
Is private gun ownership mandatory, optional or prohibited? It is optional. Every Sidh is required by law to know how to use a firearm, but owning one is not a requirement - mostly out of a lack of necessity rather than popular unwillingness.
Can citizens be required to serve in the military? Absolutely. In fact, the line between military and civil society is very blurred in Sidh society that is effectively an army with a state. While membership of the military proper is strictly voluntary, every citizen is required by law to register with and attend periodic Auxilia (military reserve) training, studying the basics of personal combat, tactics and other military skills.
Can citizens be required to serve in a jury? No. Imperial courts do not practice trial by jury, except for very rare occasions when specifically instructed by the Empress, and even then it is professional justicars rather than ordinary citizens who get to judge the case.
Can citizens be required to perform any other type of service? Imperial citizens can be and indeed are required to perform whatever service the state deems necessary for them to perform. It will obviously be within reason and bounds of law, but if an order to do something is given from above, it is not the Sidh way to question it or reason why.
Is swearing legal? Sure. Obviously, within reason - someone bellowing profanities all over the street can still be prosecuted for disturbing public peace.
Is drinking legal? Yes. Drunkenness, however, is strongly frowned upon and considered an aggravating circumstance in the event a crime has been committed.
Is smoking legal? In itself, yes, though there is a strong social taboo against it, and the fire safety measures around Sidh premises make it next to impossible to have a smoke without tripping an alarm (intentionally causing false alarm being a criminal offense).
Is chewing gum legal?
Yes. Obviously, throwing or sticking expended gum anywhere else than in garbage containers would qualify as littering.
Is jaywalking legal?
No. There's a reason why pedestrian crossings exist.
Are sports legal? Of course they are. Various sports are primarily what Sidhae do for fun.
Are video games legal? They are. Not that it's a terribly popular form of entertainment - when you literally grow up in a video game of sorts, you aren't usually inclined to spend any more time in virtual reality than is practically necessary.
Can video games contain sexuality? Sure.
Can video games contain violence? Of course. In fact, they absolutely should - at least, if the average Sidh customer is to be believed.
Is there a curfew for children? N/A; Sidhae have no children, being cyborgs and all.
Is there a curfew for adults? Where and when necessary. Curfews are nothing out of the ordinary on worlds under military administration, but then again, most of these worlds are active warzones or have ongoing insurgencies, making curfews a practical necessity.
Are elementary students required to wear school uniforms? N/A; Sidhae are manufactured to adult size, meaning they pretty much skip over the childhood and teenage part of their lives.
Are secondary students required to wear school uniforms? see above; As for other educational, and pretty much any other establishments, uniforms of one or another kind are the accepted norm in Sidh society, being worn as a mark of pride and affiliation with any given group.
Are hats allowed during class? No. A Sidh removes any headdress while indoors, period.
Are laptops allowed during class? Obviously. These days, they are called tacticoms, though.
Is eating allowed during class? No. That's what breaks are for.
Is sleeping allowed during class? No. It is disrespectful towards the tutor and sets poor example to other students.
Is corporal punishment legal in schools? No need for that. For reasons given above, Sidh students are all responsible adults, so if they happen to do something that merits a beating, it will be dispensed by legal authorities rather than teaching staff.

Is corporal punishment legal in the home? If you are a Sidh, you live either in barracks, a dorm room or alone. Either way, there's nobody for you to punish.

Can corporal punishment be ordered by a court or judge? Absolutely. In fact, it is commonly provided as an alternative to imprisonment, and indeed on many occasions requested by the offenders, who regard it as a honourable punishment one is allowed to take upright.
Is corporal punishment used in prisons? Absolutely. Asides from official punishments for various infractions, arbitrary beatings and other "preventive disciplinary measures" are commonplace.
Is corporal punishment used in the military? Yes. Commanding officers can punish their men however they see fit, though it is obviously expected to be in accord with the regs and adequate to the infraction.
Does your nation have the death penalty? Yes. It is not widely practiced, though - Sidh authorities prefer punishments where death is often coincidental, but not necessarily the desired consequence.
Does your nation have life imprisonment? Yes. And given the conditions in penal colonies, that is usually no more than five or six years, and usually much less than that.
Can torture be used to obtain information? Sure. Everyone with the authorities knows, though, that it is not a reliable way to obtain information. Threats of torture, along with a demonstration, on the other hand tend to be quite effective.
Can torture be used as a punishment? Absolutely.
Does your nation have concentration camps? When necessary, usually on recently captured worlds and planets with ongoing insurgencies.
Does your nation have forced labor camps? Absolutely. The entire Imperium's penal system is based around labour camps, where convicts serve their time in hard labour.
Does your nation have extermination camps? In a way. I suppose "death factories" would be a more adequate term, processing those unfortunate enough to be destined there with such speed and efficiency that "camp" simply doesn't adequately describe the type of facility. Death factories are always temporary installations, set up as necessary when a population of a world needs to be purged efficiently, quietly and without damage to infrastructure, and moved or dismantled when their use is no longer necessary. Death factories are used to pacify rebellious worlds by culling their troublesome population down to the point where it effectively ceases to be a threat, and rather than simply exterminating the captive population, also efficiently recycle it into any number of valuable products, such as fertilizer.
