INTRODUCTION
In order to extend our diplomatic ties to around the world, the Kingdom of Bulanesia Ministry of Foreign Affairs has introduced an embassy exchange program. May this program lead to benefit for both Bulanesia and Bulanesian embassy holders.

LOCATIONS
All embassies are located in Perdana and near a PerdanaMetro station or a bus stop. Police huts are placed in front of each embassy building. A parking lot or parking garage is provided in embassy grounds for the ambassador's vehicles.

Menara District
Your embassy will be located in a skyscraper in the heart of Perdana surrounded by shopping malls, high-rise offices and nightlife. It is 10 minutes away from the Menteri District of Perdana.

Antarabangsa Avenue
Here, your embassy will be located in a row of townhouses along Antarabangsa Avenue, where the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is located. Antarabangsa Avenue is located in the Menteri District.

Parliement Park
This embassy is reserved for those who have closer ties as with Bulanesia such as fellow ASEAN REGION members and our allies. Parliament Park is also allowed for other special conditions approved by the Minister of Foreign Affairs. An embassy in parliament park is placed in a multi-storey building near Parliament Park in the middle of the Menteri District.

IMMUNITY & EXTRATERRITORIALITY
Bulanesian Law does not apply on the embassy floor however it is still considered territory of the Kingdom of Bulanesia. Full diplomatic immunity is provided for all embassy staff except locals. However, any staff may be expelled for violating a serious Bulanesian Law, under orders of the King of Bulanesia and for violating embassy rules. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also holds the power to close down the embassy at any time and gives immunity to embassy staff excluding locals for 24 hours after closure.

RULES
1.Animals, medicines, alcohol, less lethal weapons, semi-automatic pistols and tobacco products must be declared.
2.Drugs and weapons aside from those stated above are prohibited.
3.The embassy is only to have a maximum of 50 staff of which the ratio must be balanced.
4.The embassy may have a maximum of 10 vehicles of any kind excluding those violating the rules above.
5.Hiring local staff is only allowed for service staff.

The continuing expansion of New Hayesalia's foreign policy is a project of great importance to our nation. Making new ties between our two
nation is equally important. The creation of a consular and diplomatic post today signifies a great new tie between our nations.

My Government does have a number of concerns which must be addressed before we can comfortably proceed with Embassy arrangements.
We would like further information as to the following topics:

a) New Hayesalia uses it's Embassies as consular hotspots to serve more than just the host nation. As such we often deploy large numbers of
consular and diplomatic staff and would be in excess of the number noted in your application. Bearing in mind that many of our staff will be
frequently travelling and will help to boost the local economy around the Embassy, we request an exemption to allow us to bring in more
diplomatic and consular personnel. This of course includes a deployment of more vehicles than otherwise limited.

An amount of staff above 50 is usually only reserved for embassies in Parliament Park. This is because it is the maximum amount of staff for each embassy floor or building. However,we are willing to make an exception by allowing you to rent an additional embassy floor in the Central District for merely 1,000 NSD each month. If you would prefer an embassy in the Administrative District,we offer an additional embassy building for 1,500 NSD per month. Either way,this will allow your embassy to host up to 100 staff. Perhaps some day in the future we will have closer ties and you will be given a bigger embassy in Parliament Park. Although for now,this is the best that I can offer.
