That's a difficult thing for me to really give any significant, meaningful sperg on. Much if it is going to be conjecture as I have neither studied significantly the trauma imparted on individuals as a result of an arrow wound, nor have I ever seen a significant injury caused as the result of an arrow in a clinical setting.
*Snip*

In many cases arrows heads have a tendency to have irregular shaped heads which result in irregular shaped wounds of sorts, what would be the main considerations when dealing with such a wound especially if the shape of said heads makes pulling on the head hazardous.

Also I must ask from what I remember when it comes to bullets outside of some circumstances you normally do not have to remove the bullet at all and sometimes it is best if you keep it in just in case it is blocking a blood vessel from bleeding or something of the like. Question is what makes arrowheads different in that they have to be removed but bullets do not normally have to?

For a crew served weapon it seems kinda nice. Never the less I would probably have placed in a heavy-weapon squad or a specifically designated light AT squad issued at the company level.
Missed this, sorry for the late reply.

I think the main issue was that it did nothing that a normal bazooka couldn't do and was far heavier and more complex. I do like the idea, but I can see why it never went anywhere. Why bother with one of these at company level when you can just have guys with shoulder-fired weapons in each platoon, or even squad?

The real question here, is if it's possible to weaponize Bogans against ISIL. Because having madcunts drunk to the gills going on a killing spree in some third world shithole = madly entertaining.

Why was the First Cohort of a Roman legion simply double strength instead of being regular strength but made up of the more experienced men of the legion? It could have even been a proper elite cohort made up of wealthier soldiers who could afford more/better equipment and their own carts for carrying more.

Each century in the First Cohort having a larger number of carts, which carry heavier armour, like manicas for each god damn limb. Makes killing barbarians easier.

Unless I'm very much mistaken and it was made up of the most experienced. But it just seems like it's a simple compensation for it being, if I remember correctly, the Legatus' personal cohort.

Anyway what else does 1920s improved hotckiss porative need (that is not on hotchkiss M1922) other than:

Much lighter and simplified bolt and piston/bolt carrier

Right hand side mounted mag (to keep the loading drills more or elss the same)

Sharing mags with infantry rifle (although MGs get much more 20 and 30 round mags than the riflemen who get like one 20 round mag plus thier regular 10 rounders)

Revised left hand mounted charging handle.
