I remember seeing some old US Army instructional video from the 50s that said an average infantryman, fighting in an environment with nuclear fallout as a danger, could cut their radiation dosage in half by sweeping the ground they would lie on. I had heard that you absolutely do not want to kick up radioactive dust and fallout, but if the choice is that or be shot up, oh well.

How effective is modern MOPP 4 gear at stopping the Sieverts? Probably a lot better than what they had in the 50s, but in a Fulda Gap battle involving limited use of tactical-level nuclear weapons(ignoring the strategic weapons this would lead to), how long could an average infantryman with a full NBC suit be able to hang around in the open before things get dangerous?

Nope. I don't think I've been in an actual fight since I was fourteen, and even those fights were only like a couple of punches until we figured out it hurt. I don't even drink beer or Bundy.

We only have cunt internet packages here. I just about cry every time I see how cheap decent internet is over here in the UK.

This ofc is actual because my ISP left the state due to Dan the man malloys increased taxes and inability to make the state profitable to work in as a result of the increase so they were bought out by a company who ruined the Internet by only new offering lines above 2MBPS.
They owe me $2200 and my sanity.

The idea behind the weird protrusion originally stemmed from those Chinese AK sidefolders, and then turned into a handhold for automatic riflemen firing from a bipod (like so). Plus a cheek rest. I tried removing it and just having a skeleton stock, but it looked weird without something to smooth out the transition to the bakelite pistol grip. Granted, it looks weird with the transition, too, but *shrugs*
