Treated as another crime. Members of the LGBT community have no special status.

Would it be Punishable or Not? Being LGBT

The government won't address this as sexual preferences are not up to the government to cater to, that's up to the society.

It's not a crime, and they're treated normally for the most part (accept on the tundra, but they hate everyone). The more flamboyant ones are typically seen as annoying, but everyone is polite and tolerates them as they do everyone else.

Questionnaire:
Fatatatutti's Punishment on Crimes
Crimes will go from Low to High

Crime: Shoplifting
A: Our culture has no strong concept of private property ownership. Therefore, theft is not considered a "crime". On the contrary, it is unacceptable to refuse to let somebody else use your "property" when you're not using it. You could be sued for damages.
Crime: Stealing a Purse
A: See above.
Crime: Vandalism.
A: Damage to property is a civil offense. The offender can be sued for damages. Note that graffiti is often considered "art" rather than damage.
Crime: GTA (Stealing a Car and taking it)
A: Cars are one of the major items that are "borrowed". It is good manners to tell somebody you are borrowing their car but it isn't a requirement.
Crime: Jewelry Theft
A: Jewelry is uncommon in Fatatatutti. Since it has little intrinsic value, it would be difficult to win a lawsuit against the "thief".
Crime: Terrorism
A: Terrorism is not considered a crime in Fatatatutti. Any actual harm done - e.g. murder, destruction of property - would be treated like any other murder or destruction of property, with rehabilitation.
Crime: Money Laundering
A: Not considered a crime.
Crime: Assassination (Political)
A: Treated as any other murder.
Crime: Assassination (Non-Political)
A: See above.
Crime: War Crimes
A: See above.
Crime: Debt
A: Not considered a crime at all.

And if LGBT is a Crime in your country How is it treated? If Not How are they treated? Our Prime Minister is a flamboyant lesbian.

Debtors who are members must pay off their debt at almost any cost, even if it means selling everything they have & living in assembly provided housing (which might be interpreted as a form of minimum security debtor's prison). Entering into debt is not allowed for frivolous purposes, & even then the debtor must prove they will be able to pay it off. Assembly officials are usually not allowed to have any debt at all, & can expect to be removed from office if they fall into debt. There is no known legal mechanism for the assembly itself to become either a debtor or a creditor.
