[Nations Name]'s Punishment on Crimes
Crimes will go from Low to High

Crime: Shoplifting
A: If the owner or a customer doesn't attack, taze, or shoot the shoplifter first, the punishment varies depending on what was stolen. The traditional punishment is to pay back twice the amount of what was stolen, and either face public humiliation or be forced to work for the victim without pay for a certain period of time.

Crime: Stealing a Purse or Wallet (etc.)
A: Assuming the thief is not shot, tazed, or attacked first, fines are normally imposed. The owner is usually ordered to pay back four times the worth of all he stole, and if anything was damaged, he will be required to replace it and, in the case of a purse, by a new one that is at least twice the price of that which was stolen.

Crime: Vandalism.
A: The private property owner is allowed to use lethal force to expel vandals if they do not heed his order to vacate the premesis, and/or ignore his warning shot. Vandalism is a petty crime finable between four Skillets ($1.00 USD) and four thousand Skillets ($1000.00 USD).

Crime: Grand Theft Auto (Stealing a Car and taking it)
A: Automobiles are rare in TurtleShroom. The laws on horse theft (before owning a horse was illegal in TS by surrender treaty) and bicycle theft apply. The punishment ranges from paying back four times the amount of the means of transportation stolen, all the way up to the death penalty for repeat offenders.

Crime: Jewelry Theft
A: The thief is ordered to pay back ten times what he has stolen. He can also be forced to work for the jeweler for a specific amount of time. Repeat offenders stealing more than one million USD worth of jewels each time can be put to death.

Crime: Terrorism
A: Isolation and/or possible torture (waterboarding) for seven years to extract information, followed by execution.

Crime: Money Laundering
A: It depends on what the laundering was for, who did it, the age of who did it, the justification, and whether or not they were in on the crime. The traditional punishment is five years in prison and/or fines equalling one and one half times the amount laundered.

Crime: Assassination (Political)
A: Death or life in prison. Counted as murder.

Crime: Assassination (Non-Political)
A: Death or life in prison. Counted as murder.

Crime: War Crimes
A: Death, no exceptions.

Crime: Debt
A: Not a crime, but considered a sin if intentional.

Crime: Sodomy
A: Petty crime punishable by between fines for first time offenders, and increasing jailtime, ending at twenty years in prison for repeat offenders after the eighth attempt. The fourth conviction labels the guilty party as a sex offender.

Questionnaire:
Victorious Decepticons' Punishment on Crimes
Crimes will go from Low to High

Crime: Shoplifting
A: The shopkeeper and/or staff will first intercept the offender and demand either payment or the goods back. If the offender makes a serious effort at evading store security, security will blast him. Alternatively, automated and semi-automated weapons at the doors will be activated. Legally speaking, shoplifting is not a crime. If you can manage to pull it off, good for you - and since you must be incredibly sneaky to succeed at that here, consider joining Foreign Intelligence so your skills can be put to better use.
Crime: Stealing a Purse
A: Legal, but who uses purses?! That's what the storage panels in your limbs are for!
Crime: Vandalism.
A: Legal, just don't let anyone who cares catch you or they'll probably open fire on you.
Crime: GTA (Stealing a Car and taking it)
A: Cars are banned here. Whatever you do to some Autobot-looking thing in a foreign land is fine with us - provided you aren't doing something nice to it.
Crime: Jewelry Theft
A: Legal, but don't expect to be able to fence it here. There is little demand for baubles in the Empire.
Crime: Terrorism
A: Against US? This is considered a crime against the State and is therefore actually banned - not that anyone would bother trying to terrorize us anyway. If one did, he would be hacked to find out about any cohorts and other plans they had. Then he would be melted down alive with the proceedings broadcast live. If a biological tried it, he would be put halfway through the mind-transfer process, which involves pulling his data out of his brain and then porting it to Decepticon OS-readable Code. The last step of the process, transferring that data to circuit boards, would not be done. The end result is that he would be being deleted moments after we read his code, resulting in his death.

If a Decepticon terrorizes some hapless foreign population, then legal. It's up to the target to do something about that, not us. The only nod a foreign target would get is a lack of Decepticon Military interference if they happen to shoot the rogue down.

Crime: Money Laundering
A: LOL how could we do "business" in foreign places and make it look somewhat legit if we made that a crime?!
Crime: Assassination (Political)
A: Death. We can't have people trying to mess with the government.
Crime: Assassination (Non-Political)
A: Legal; the target should have had better security or been a better shot. But expect the target's friends and Line members to do their best to kill you back.
Crime: War Crimes
A: The concept of "war crimes" presupposes that enemies have some sort of rights, and that those rights were somehow violated. We find this concept to be ridiculous. Not only is it "legal," those who are best at the sorts of wartime activity often given this appellation will be greatly rewarded with decorations, special ceremonies, and possibly promotions, with the reward rising along with the magnitude of the successful operations.

Crime: Debt
A: Legal. It's the other side of the equation (the lender) who has to watch it here. Lending money to Decepticons is legal, but since never paying it back is also legal and we're Decepticons, well, we think the intelligent can figure out why we have no lending institutions around here.

And if LGBT is a Crime in your country How is it treated? If Not How are they treated?

It's legal; we are quite adamant about NOT caring about the vagaries of biological sexuality. Former-biological immigrants who are overly obvious about having a sexuality of any sort are shunned for insufficiently assimilating (robots are not supposed to be sexual), but there are also plenty of people who will see it as an opportunity to sell them sexual services (at prices that are vastly inflated due to expected client desperation levels). Decepticon prostitutes don't care about the sexuality of their clients since they - the service providers - are almost all actually asexual. To them, LGBT just means they need to run a different Las Vegas Professional script for that particular mark and perhaps use a different set of Bio-Analogous Modification Parts (Genital) than they normally do. The Parts are removable and interchangeable, so other than the investment needed to buy multiple sets, it's really no big deal to handle clients of all kinds.

If some LGBT tourists who are actually biological showed up, on the other hand, they would be given the same treatment as every other likely-naive sucker who arrives at our space port: We would try to take them for all they were worth. We are equal opportunity con-bots.

Crime: Shoplifting
A: depends if its just some kid first offender they'll likely just get a warning or possibly fine if the item was expensive, likely enforcement would try to scare this kid so they never do it again, but of course that doesn't always work, if get caught severeal times may land you a short time in jail, nothing beyond a month, a month is almost unheard of tho for shoplifting

A: Marriage isn't a legal concept in Fritolaytopia, instead all partners join unions to enjoy economic benefits, which are granted to any party where all members consent, or in the case that one or more members of the union will never be able to consent. Transsexuals and other genderqueer are treated as individuals, legally, because there isn't a legal distinction between males and females. Private individuals may refuse service based on their own morality.

In most cases, the average punishment is settlement.

And if LGBT is a Crime in your country How is it treated? If Not How are they treated?
Exxosia has a very apathetic culture and in-so-being treats LGBT individuals without any special elements negatively or positively.

Proud advocate that Europe stands stronger together than divided. The EU may be flawed in some areas but the idea of a united Europa can only bring good fortune to Europe and the world. For more than two thousand years, Europe was home to conflicts inspired by coveting one another's territory and resources, even making the continent the home to some of the world's most destructive and costly conflicts. But the idea was all wrong in their minds. Their idea was to bring this territory or that under their flag and spread influence on the continent. The idea they should all have been thinking was that the goal should be to bring the continent under one unified flag.

Victorious Decepticons wrote:Questionnaire:

And if LGBT is a Crime in your country How is it treated?
The Reich takes a hard approach to LBGT. It is considered a heinous crime, equivalent to child rape. To the Reich, it is a detriment to society and the strength of the nation and its people. A person guilty of LGBT is publically executed by the Obersterfuhrurin herself.
