This stockpile of weapons is paid for by all the nations in the commonwealth , and is manned and maintained by members across the commonwealths armed forces. Our nation follows a strict no first use policy , and the Nuclear weapons are there strictly as a deterrent force and nothing else , currently they include

D) Government of the commonwealth
The Governmental structure in he Hardenburghan Commonwealth is rather large. The Head of State that all the countries currently share is Maximillian I , the Grand Duchy of the Hardenburghan Commonwealth. At the top of the political triangle sits the Grand Duchy and Privy Council; they hand their administrative and legislative power to the Commonwealth Assembly.
The Commonwealth Assembly is divided into four branches. These being the;
- Commonwealth Legislate - passes administrative powers to the regions
- The Supreme Courts - The highest court of law , sorts out large disputes
- The secretariat - In charge of any administrative affairs and coordinates peacekeeping and humanitarian operations
- The Defense Ministry - Commands the commonwealth forces both conventional and nuclear in a war
The commonwealth assembly hands its powers out to the governments of the the regions and nations in the Commonwealth , and then it is up to the governments how to run their countries. Governments in Hardenburgh are free to do as the wish as long as it doesn't compromise the human rights , safety , wellbeing and quality of lives of their people
