Fascism, as an anti monarchist ideology, is banned within the Empire along with Communism. Thus, and and all Fascist parties are underground. The most powerful one of these is the Unity Party, which wants to abolish the monarchy as a relic of the Petrokovian past of the country. Recently, they were able to take hostages within a school, however the police were fortunately able to free the hostages and arrest the terrorists.

Fascist ideology and such is heavily looked down upon in our country, specifically due to how much the last century was shaped by Neo Fascist movements threatening the safety of the people, and the course of the largest war in human history.

Fascism itself has no negative connotations here in Zhouran. The logical reason for it is that fascism itself is viewed as nationalism with more love for the nation, people and culture. In other words, Zhouranese people generally see fascism as placing the nation and its people over foreigners, which to them, see it as a right for every nation. This is in comparison to Westerners, who generally tend to have irrational and negative views on fascism.

Also, Zhouranese people don't believe fascism is racial, rather, anyone regardless of race, gender or sexuality, can be members of a nation, as long as they show appreciation for the nation in the first place.

When it comes to National Socialism/Nazism, Zhouranese people do tend to have negative views of such ideology. While an offshoot of fascism, Nazism is seen as placing race over nation and culture, which to them they see it as highly-unacceptable.

In conclusion, fascism is not banned in Zhouran and has a positive connotation. In comparison, nazism itself is viewed negatively in Zhouran.

In addition, such fascists who are openly militant would very quickly find themselves literally ripped apart by a horde of patriotic citizens - and the chances of the authorities stopping them from doing so are very low indeed.

There are no Fascist political parties in the Imperium - nor are there any other kind of political parties. The very notion is considered anathematic to Sidh ways, the state being governed by small special interest groups rather than by leaders representing the citizenry as whole.
