They are exclusively peaceful. TurtleShroomer fascism focuses on the corporatist economic theory and the "build infrastructure, create jobs, spend for the glory of the state" model. They were civic nationalists, and their dogged adoration for the state included any citizen of the state; there were no lesser TurtleShroomers, because half of the population wasn't, and still isn't, even human. The Fascists maintained that all existed to serve the mighty State and the State existed to serve the people. God was to be the guide of the people, who influenced the State to serve the people and make their nation superior in all ways.

National Socialism (Nazism) is banned in TurtleShroom, but fascism, which is distinct from Nazism, is still looked on with reverence today. The Antifa movements of other countries baffle TurtleShroomers, because TurtleShroomers remember when fascism built their largest highways, protected their veterans, loved their neighbor, and gave the country a sense of optimism. The Fascist Servants never needed to crush dissent or oppress the people because they were so loved (and the people were so simple and humble). TurtleShroomers are historicaly authoritarian, preferring strongmen in power and iron political wills (this is a carry-over from their Russian roots). They are serious about their elections and consider the right to remove anyone they don't like to be sacrosanct. When given the choice to vote in a free and fair election, TurtleShroomers choos e either strongmen, hardcore lazziez-faire capitalists, or both.
