In the name of the Ascendant Kohne of the Kingdom of Sinseon, I — the Honourable servant to His Royal Majesty's court, the Minister Kim Min-jun — hereby petition the esteemed Diplomatic Service of His Majesty of the Ministry for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the Nabetseican Kingdom of Jeltronia to establish a diplomatic mission on behalf of His Royal Majesty's Government. Pursuant to the guidelines and regulations hitherto established by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, we do believe this request, established in good faith and with the promised hope of amity and goodwill between our nations and our peoples, to be right and proper in the eyes of Jeltronian law.
