All in all, Medwedia can be described as heavily timocratic - our economy is tightly state controlled yet almost feudalistic; at a certain level; most of the high-ranking officers, ministers and other members of the "national elite", especially the President, are wealthy businessmen as anything that is owned by the state is de facto owned by them.
