GREETINGS!
We are proud to open our borders for other nations to establish embassies. Due to safety reasons, embassies will only be established in the capital city of Ard. Each embassy will be given 1/2 of a hex unless there are reasonable security/health reasons to warrant a full hex. Those things don't exactly grow on trees, you know! (Speaking of which, we need to get the lab boys to find a way to make that work.)

EMBASSY REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Maximum Staff Limits

• SECURITY: 10

Weapons & Vehicles

• All weapons must be non-lethal
• No Proton/Plasma weapons
• No Armed Vehicles
• No vehicles armored above bulletproof
• 1 aircraft/spacecraft per embassy
• All vehicles must be approved by the national transportation committee, any vehicles that do not meet specifications can be modified to fit regulations for a small fee

Embassies

• No automated defenses (ie. auto turrets)
• The lobby of all embassies will have audio recording equipment installed. These will be used for investigation in the event of a break-in
• In the event that someone decides to demolish the planet to make way for a hyperspace bypass, you will be given a one month's notice
• All embassies that do not turn in the required documents will be shut down immediately

To lessen the chance of an EMP burst in the embassy, we will place the hex platform further away from the generator fields. We also like to say that your tasers and Seraph have been approved, unfortunately, the limo and personnel carrier may need to be modified to minimize emissions and protect the environment. That's wouldn't be necessary. All vehicles used by Eclisians are solar power and electricity based.

We welcome the ambassador from the Islamic Republic of Aceh to the Emirate. Everything you have declared to be brought has been approved by the proper authorities. The construction of the embassy should be complete upon your arrival, it will be located near the Tacjet field so as to provide adequate runway space for the Boeing 737.
