Ability: Ground War - Ground units do twice the amount of damage as usual. Ground units get promotions 25% faster. Sea units do 50% less damage than usual. Sea units get promotions 50% slower.
Special Unit: Bear Machine-replaces Modern Armor- 50% attack bonus when attacking 4 tiles within an enemy city.
Special Unit: Bearstin Commando-replaces XCOM Squad- Can attack twice after being paradropped. 10% combat strength in enemy territory.

Unit: Expedition- Can airdrop 20 tiles away and can airdrop anywhere on the map with the Orbital Command built. Can found cities as well as engage in combat and conquer cities. Replaces settler in late game. 90 combat strength.
Building or Improvement: Orbital Command- Allows most units to airdrop and increases airdrop range of Expeditions. Increases production, science, and food.

Ability: Cybernetic Augmentation (it's a bit Beyond Earth, but, who cares!): cities grow 50% faster, unit production is 25% more efficient
Unit: Zeppelin Aircraft Carrier (replaces carrier from modern era): carry aircrafts and is not restricted to waterbodies, Annihilator (replaces giant death robot): 20% penalty when damaged, +10% combat effectiveness (even if damaged) and 5% defense (if not damaged)
Building or Improvement: Nano Swarm Hive: +3 science, +3 production

Preferred Ideology: Rationalism (sometimes commerce)
Preferred Victory: Science victory

Ability: Conservative Militarist Nationalist Antivegetarian Dictatorship - Military units from the Industrial age and earlier have their cost reduced by 50%. Every military unit from the Industrial age and earlier will produce 0.5 units of happiness. Coost and upkeep costs for all units decreased by 75%. When at war, enemy units within Medwedia's borders will receive the double damage. Livestock gives double food, any type of livestock that doesn't give food will give food.

Cannot choose the Ideology "Freedom". Technologies in the modern age and later ages will take 25% more time to be researched. Every technology in the modern age or later will produce 0.2 units of unhappiness.

Unit: Valdjæger - replaces Explorer when reaching the Industrial age. 200% health and strength. Double range and movement.

Building or Improvement: Border Station - must be built at the border. When the border is changed, the improvement is converted into a Tollhouse or a Fortress (the player can choose). +10 Gold. Units that are stationed on the tile where the Border Station is will get a 50% defense bonus. A chance of 10% that a spy entering Medwedia will be caught.

If positioned on a road: another +5 Gold. All foreign units will have to wait for 1 turn.

If positioned on a trade route: Gold and technology from caravans increased by 20%. Religion pressure decreased by 50%.

Ability: Ghibalbian Legacy- Scientific Research costs reduced by 90%. Units upgrade faster and need to win only one battle to upgrade, and have 2x health and damage growing by two times per technological age. Cities receive 3 times as many people in each age. Production levels increased 5x. Great People come faster during and after Industrial Age. 3x boost to production level when working towards a Science Victory. Ancient Ruins have Future/Information Era technology within them regardless of nation's tech level.
Unit: Ghibalbian Knight- replaces Knight in the Medieval Era. Resources needed: have explored at least one ancient ruin. Costs 2,000 production points to build. Has 1,000 attack points and 1,000 defense points, can move anywhere on the map in one turn and gains another free movement period when defeating an enemy. Can attack units within 10 tiles. Reduces cost to build structures and units in any city where stationed by 90%.
UCE Synthesis- replaces Bomber and Aircraft Carrier in the Industrial Era. Resources needed: iron, coal, aluminum and at least one ancient ruin. Costs 400 production points to build. Has 1,200 attack points and 1,200 defense points. Can launch nuclear missiles and aircraft, as well as XCOM Squads and Ghibalbian Knights. Can move only 20 tiles in one turn, and cannot gain free movement when defeating an enemy without being upgraded. Can attack units within 100 tiles.
UN Peacekeeper- replaces Infantry in the Industrial Era. Resources needed: aluminum. Costs 150 production points to build. Has 230 attack points (300 against cities) and 400 defense points. Can move 10 tiles per turn (100 tiles on roads). Can attack units within 3 tiles. When stationed in a city, reduces unhappiness by 50%.
Building or Improvement: UNPC Fortress- A powerful fortress armed with advanced technology, replaces the Fort. Can be placed on any terrain and built by any unit. Has 400 combat points. Reduces unhappiness in any city within 5 tiles by 75%.
Orbital Defense Platform- Upgrade of the UNPC Fortress for the Industrial Era. A powerful space station firing nuclear and conventional missiles at any target on the planet. Can only be placed directly over a city. Cannot be attacked by anti-aircraft units, but only by nuclear weapons. Increases production levels by 50% and accelerates city growth by 5 times. Increases gold production by 10 times.
