Special notes: Though some of the higher ups in Neo Azati paganism do have the ability to make minor alterations of the physical and spiritual realms, this is far beyond the typical citizen. Technology in this nation is relatively modern, as computers are fairly commonplace and research into genetics is taking place, but a space program is still a few years away.

Tier 7.5: FTL travel and space colonies are common - not for us, but for the Atlantyan Empire who are both the global hegemon on our planet and our sole representative among the stars; the small number of Osweyans who do live off-world all live in Atlantyan colonies such as the Atlan V orbital habitat and the Tellarus moon colony, or serve on Atlantyan starships. Technology otherwise is often similar to modern or post-modern levels. Human cloning, genetic modification and cybernetic modification are all becoming more common, especially among the off-world population which is growing exponentially.

Level 2: Use of magic to actively influence the world is extremely difficult, requiring the individual to enter an entirely new mental and spiritual state which does not come naturally to humans. The rewards for the most dedicated can be extraordinary levels of emotional intuition, clairvoyant abilities, low-level psychic powers, the ability to communicate with the spirit world, and even sometimes physical power such as telekinesis.

Type 7 : Again, it is the Atlantyan Empire and not ourselves who have influence across a large volume of space. The Empire's relentless quest for living space and resources for its people which originally led it to become by far the largest colonial power on the planet has now led it to found hundreds of off-world colonies; the majority of off-world colonies are on orbital installations such as large, rotating rings or cylinder-shaped habitats. However some colonies also exist on other planets, particularly our moon Tellarus and several of the planets closest to us. The slow march of decolonisation here on our planet, which has seen less investment into the Empire's peripheral colonies and gradual reversal of many racial & religious policies in the colonies which were once rigidly enforced has been caused by the pivot towards colonisation of space instead.

Special Notes about your civilization: The values given for our Type and Tier are both taken from another entity - the Atlantyan Empire; the reason for this is that despite being nominally politically independent we are certainly a part of the Imperial sphere and consider ourselves to be a part of the same root civilisation. While our scientists and engineers have the ability to create starships, FTL drives and space colonies we lack the funding and the political will, with our 'space program' mainly limited to putting satellites into orbit or training people for involvement in the Atlantyan program. Were we to rate ourselves and only ourselves rather than our broader civilisation, we would come out with the same level and tier but a lower type rating of only 5. The power rating for Osweya alone would be 12.54.
