Special Notes about your civilization: Looks like our isolationism is hurting our power rating. Btw, they are magic-wielding humans. The middle-lower level citizens, making up around 40% of our population is at around level 3, the lowest level in our civilization. The reason I put level 9 is because almost all military and scientific applications of magic higher levels, with most applications using level 9, thanks to a combination of factors, including but not limited to: the application of magi-science in our technology, the high chunk of our population that has much higher affinities spanning from levels 4 to 9. Most cannot practice magi-science without an affinity of level 7 or higher and most cannot join the military without being at least level 8 and cannot rise above the lowest ranks without being at least level 9 with backbone units and technologies using level 9.

Tier: 1. For all intents and purposes, Holly cannot utilise any form of technology apart from her nanobot-type gloves given to her by Valentine Z. Any kind of technology brought to her will have to survive as low as 40 Kelvins. Still, with all that said, Holly still appreciates technology and science, and reads during her spare time.

Level: 12. Shapeshifting, all-seeing (only in her dimension), limitless energy at her disposal, Holly can conjure up what is purely magical in many's eyes. All of these powers are light-based or ice/cold-based, so she cannot shoot a fireball. She can control time... only in her dimension.

Type 0 because this dimension itself only has Holly inside, and not a lot of outsiders know about it, given her isolationism, as well as Valentine Z's efforts in keeping it secrective. However, if it is indeed well-known and if Holly allows outsiders to use her dimension for their own gain, the infinite land area and the light energy will ensure that she will control the fate and destiny of every single creature. However, that is unlikely to happen, given her personality of staying alone.
