Tier: 8. We have access to nuclear fusion, advanced cybernetics, power armor, and practical DEWs, and understand how all of them work, even if we are unable to recreate this technology ourselves. (Due to lack of resources and infrastructure rather than anything else.) We understand genetics fairly, though our understanding is incomplete, and we do not have access to the technology required to perform it, nor the FEV we would use as a vector for it. We are currently capable of designing advanced artificial intelligence, though it would require most of our resources.

Level: 2. We have a small handful of psykers, though the number is small and they are mostly untrained.

Type: 2. We control all of Staten Island. We are able to influence a greater area through the use of our vertibirds, able to reach as far as the Mojave, but the amount of control we exert over these lands is very minimal. Our influence on the Fallen City Wasteland itself is not particularly great either.
