Special Notes about your civilization: Examinations of Cártányne technology lead some observers to name them Tier VI (comparator value 16.00) instead of Tier VII. Most agree with classifying them as Tier VII, however.

Special Notes about your civilization: The Heskarans have nearly developed their abilities to reach Level IX status, at which point their comparator will drop to 1.36.

Any Improvement Suggestions for the Index? I definitely like the index so far. More helpful would be fleshing out some more details for each of the tiers/levels/types. Also, add a space for the power comparator values.

Special Notes about your civilization: The Empire has existed at various stages within two separate galaxies, having traveled between them. Force users exist and their competency with that varies, with the greatest of them being at or about level 9 (though it could always be lesser or greater, according to individual potential). As a political entity we've held sway over half of an entire galaxy, before surrendering said territory in an effort to once more migrate to a different galaxy and a new home (which consists of almost a dozen sectors); which is why I set it at "9.5" for Tier and 8.5 for Type.
Any Improvement Suggestions for the Index?: Allow for variance in the types. I took the initiative to add decimal points, indicating a possible or existing shift that could relatively be taken with moderate ease.
