Special Notes about your civilization: The Level 1 represents minor supernatural abilities that humans may or may not possess, either naturally or through cultivation, such as the ability to perceive spiritual entities, have rare and nonsensical flashes of future events, and other low-grade supernatural phenomena.
Any Improvement Suggestions for the Index? Missed a double space between two numbers (I forget which now), and there's a couple of typos. But no issues with content.

It could be fun to add examples to what a tier 1 or Type 7 nation is, either by using an example of fictional or real life nation or body. Just a suggestion tho

Type: 4
Special Notes about your civilization: Nothing magical or fantastical; this nation is set in the present-day earth, and is a developing country. However, under 1,000 citizens in the northern part of Kyratistani have certain weak magical powers that they keep hidden from everyone else.

Special Notes about your civilization: The Eriaroon Eugenic Republic is an alien civilisation with most of its presence underwater. Genetic modification is the norm, but cybernetic enhancement is rare because of its effects on Eriaroon senses. Eriaroons have no magical capabilities whatsoever. Really they lean more between Tier 7-8 and Type 6-7 but the inputted values are the closest to their current position.

by Aaktirossika
Nation: The Federal Republic of Aaktirossika
Tier: 7
Level: 0
Type: 7
Special Notes about your civilization: Aaktirossika is a nation on Saturn's moon, Titan, and is home to Homo Stellaris, a sub-branch of Homo Sapiens that have adapted to the cold temperature and low gravity of Titan. The nation engages with its former colonial owners on Earth, which by now (1697 TE or 3481 AD) is desolate and has a low population (circa 350 million). Aaktirossika is the most influential nation in its home continent, Ursalica, and holds a position similar to the U.S in the present. Even though it has a small surface area, it has a large military and a far-right government. It formerly was part of Strikethia, which in turn was created by the Unification of Aaktirossika in 1254 TE and then the annexation of Denebica in 1476 TE. However the socialist government installed in 1696 TE encouraged a revolt.
As the citizens are essentially humans who have adapted to the cold outer Solar System, they have no magical powers, but have harnessed the power of Saturn's frequent electrical storms and Titan's high amount of methane gas.

by Okstovskaya
Nation: Okstovskaya
Tier: Tier 7
Level: Level 0
Type: Type 9
Special Notes about your civilization: Though the nation is categorized inside Tier 7, and its current year being in 2017, there are a few amounts of aerospace transportation systems that have speeds of nearly the speed of light, though still considered impractical for some nations with technology levels much higher than ours. Artificial Intelligence is still in development. Religion is also fundamental to most people.
Any Improvement Suggestions for the Index? There should be more PMT tiers added to the list, due to the fact that Tr.7 does not accurately summarize my country, and it lacks a few information. I would also really love a military index added if it's possible!

Nation: Free Baltic Empire of Torrentio

Special notes about your civilization: Torrentio is somewhere between tier 6 and 7, as it has a permanent lunar base and space station. As well, inorganic materials can be reassembled in the nuclear reassembler, a recent invention useful for large-scale matter requesitions.

I REALLY don't like the third measure of influcence. I mean there's no reason why modern day USA can't have influence on a Level 10 scale, without the technology to influence the other side of the universe. Similarly, an intergalactic nation with no influence can traverse the nation, like a modern day nation can traverse the lobe, dispite its lack of influence over it. It's a measure of influence, not technology! I don't lke it at all

Nation: The Nomadic Legion of Cruciland.
Tier: 10.5.
Level: 10.
Type: 8.
Power Comparator: 4.8.
Special Notes about your civilization: Cruciland makes use of psionics, a cousin of magic. It specializes in nanotechnology, to the point where that technological field can be ranked as Tier 11 even though the rest of its technology is Tier 10. It is also a nomadic society, similar to the OP in many respects, which is why their sphere of influence does not extend beyond the solar system(s) they are currently occupying.

Seconded! It would be interesting to see those factors taken into account, especially the economic ranking. That one seems to fit the whole measuring of how powerful a nation is more than religiosity... unless if we're talking about how much that nation's gods intervene. Then religious ranking should DEFINITELY be on there.
