Severe storm appears over western HRE, with Alstsvset building set on fire via bolt. Pirate ship in Rhine gets blown up. Rhine flood recedes, leaves fertile land.

  • Has begun to unravel the very fabric of physics

  • Utilization of zero-point energy
  • Energy shields
  • FTL weapons and communications
  • Genetic enhancements
Tier 10:
  • The construction of megastructures is fairly easy
  • Stars can be created (through nebular engineering)
