Nation: Aeiouia, or "The Krakens"
Tier: 1 - The smartest krakens are capable of basic tool use. However, the road to developing metallurgy has been a long and arduous one since the living creatures often get bored when attempting to create better metals, and just end up eating the delicious minerals with their mining tools instead. They are still largely unable to craft anything that does not involve crudely re-purposing a looted starship as a portable storage unit or wield-able firearm.
Level: 9 - Most Krakens can slightly alter physical laws in their general vicinity. This is usually only used to break entropy in order for their nuclear reactors to function indefinitely. However older Krakens, especially those of specialized forms, are capable of feats like "Healing spells" and summoning massive numbers of projectiles from nowhere during combat.
Type: 8 - Once hatched, the living starships are naturally driven to pick an area of multiple stars systems as their territories and wander around them aimlessly. Although their FTL drives are actually capable of multiversal travel, most of the creatures have not even figured out what half of their turrets do yet, let alone this fact. So, they have yet to break out of the local area.

Special Notes about your civilization: It is really not even a civilization yet; the Krakens are still just starting to figure out the whole "Society" thing as of recently.
