Basically, a Type 7 nations influences multiple planets or asteroids or space stations. These may be all in one star system or in different star systems, but generally the largest other nation a Type 7 might affect is a planet-wide nation.

Type 8 nations, however, influence star-states, which would be states that span entire star systems or multiple star systems. A Type 8 might influence stellar empires, whereas a Type 7 probably would not, at best maybe influencing a planet or two of a larger empire.

NS Stats are already meaningful by themselves. If someone wants to know your stats, they can look at your nation. We don't need a thread for it.

This index allows players to see, in a meaningful way, a measurement of a nation's roleplayed statistics, which can not be as easily seen without this index.

The Leveled Scale measures the average magical ability of the average citizen of a civilization. "Magic" here means "non-physical means of affecting the world", whether than means spells, psionic abilities, the Force, or spiritual abilities.
Type
The Typing Scale measures how much of the multiverse is impacted by a civilization.

Colonies on multiple planets are technologically feasible, and slower-than-light interstellar craft may have been sent out into the void. Genetic engineering and cloning are probably possible. Yes, and maybe in their roleplay their nation actually is 12 in every category. I would advise you not to roleplay with those people, since playing as a nation with unlimited power usually does not make for fun roleplay.
