In line with our Federal Assembly's Cascadian Diplomatic Propserity policy, our nation intends to extend our economic, civil, and other developmental aid beyond our region, into the international level. Due to said policy still being revised by our Federal Assembly, a reciprocal opening of your embassy in our nation shall be delayed until we believe that such policy is deemed ready for execution, at the determination of the Federal Assembly of the Cascadian Federation.

This missive bears to you the message of our Rt. Honourable Minister of Foreign and Maredoratica Affairs, Mme Renée Lépicier. In the light of recent events in the country, need to exchange diplomatic missions with select nations has arouse. Her Majesty's Government wishes to send a full fledged diplomatic mission to Retiva comprising 2 security staff, 6 diplomatic staff and 1 service staff with the aim of corroborating bilateral ties and representing the monarchy in the aforementioned sovereign state.

By the power vested in me, I appoint M. Royce Bélanger as the head of the soon to be formed Mizia diplomatic mission to Retiva who shall henceforth be referred to as Ambassador Rt. Honourable Royce Bélanger who, I hope, shall discharge his duties well and maintain positive and immortal relations with Imperial Federation. The other diplomatic staff shall comprise various Attaches and First Officers who shall be appointed in the due course of time.

Your Government, hereby willing to establish its own diplomatic mission in Mizialand shall be able to do so by posting a letter of credence the suggested format of which is here available. Futhermore, we encourage your government and citizens to interact with the minister through the Ask Me Anything portal.

Enclosed you will find the complete Embassy application with all details that are required and necessary for the establishment of a Mizia Diplomatic Mission. Should this application or any of the components of the application arise a matter of concern for the Foreign Affairs Office, please inform me at the earliest for the concern, to be ratified. The Imperial Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to inform you that your application has been accepted. The embassy will be constructed in accordance with standardised Retivan designs in the chosen city of Kravingrad, the space and military hub of the Imperial Federation. Visa and diplomatic residential documents will be processed and delivered to the Ambassador upon arrival in the Imperial Federation. Please note that the Ambassador himself must present his own documents and credentials at Customs before he can enter the country.

As the embassy will be making use of local workers, please ensure that Imperial labour laws and regulations are observed. All weapons will be sourced locally to ensure that they meet with Imperial Law on Non-Lethal Weapons and Firearms. Vehicles will be screen thoroughly before passing through Imperial Customs.

Bilateral talks will be arranged in the nearby future to strengthen diplomatic relations, with trade, military affairs, and the exchange of culture in mind. The Imperial Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to inform you that your application has been accepted. The embassy will be constructed in accordance with standardised Retivan designs in the chosen city of Pogarnova, the capital city of the Imperial Federation. Visa and diplomatic residential documents will be processed and delivered to the Ambassador upon arrival in the Imperial Federation. Please note that the Ambassador himself must present his own documents and credentials at Customs before he can enter the country.

As the embassy will be making use of local and foreign staff, please ensure that Imperial labour laws and regulations are observed, alongside Imperial laws on immigration and foreign workers. All weapons will be sourced locally to ensure that they meet with Imperial Law on Non-Lethal Weapons and Firearms. Vehicles will be screen thoroughly before passing through Imperial Customs.

Bilateral talks will be arranged in the nearby future to strengthen diplomatic relations, with trade, military affairs, and the exchange of culture in mind. The Imperial Federation is in the process of organising a student exchange programme within the Ministreyl Commonwealth, and will extend invitations to nations interested in participating in the programme.
