As you can tell, part of the poster is a lie. But these posters have been lying around forever, wether on walls or in trash cans.
Another older war poster is the poster of atlas holding up the world on his back as men come rushing towards his side with a caption saying "Don't let atlas hold all the weight, carry some of your own and enlist today!"
