The borders WILL stay open for trade, but tourists are advised to delay their holiday plans.
Travelers entering and exiting Quanos will be subjected to a medical examination.
We do not wish to neither let infected people in, nor let infected people leave.

Refugees
The Empire of Quanos will accept refugees within its borders.
The quota for the number that will be accepted has been set at 100 thousand, or about 10%
of the total population of Quanos.
Be advised
If you are travaling withing the borders of Quanos, please comply with any and all orders
issued by military and law enforcement officers. For the duration of the crisis they have been
granted the right to detain suspicious individuals with a warrant indefinitely. They have also been given
the right to use deadly force if they feel in anyway threatened.
