Enough with levity, though. Your request is approved, although it would be appreciated if the dog were spayed or neutered, and that at minimum, we know the dog's breed (if not its pedigree as well). As long as you are able to fit a laser tag facility in the embassy, it is acceptable; however, if you wish to operate it on a commercial basis, the facility will be subject to normal business and sales taxes. Following a Platinean request for a diplomatic mission in Laurana, HMG has obliged a request to reciprocate said measure within the Platinean capital of Montevideo. This new diplomatic mission shall be headed by our newly-appointed ambassador to Plantinea Richard McCulkin, chosen by Her Majesty for his exemplary service at the Questarian embassy as a diplomatic staffer. Ambassador McCulkin has served as a career diplomat for HMG following his university education in Aequatio, and he will be accompanied by his wife, Patricia, and young son, Michael.

The mission we plan to establish will be a small, modern two-story office building, specially built to accommodate our projected staff of fifteen: six clerks, four assistants, four attachés, and one deputy ambassador. A projected service staff of twenty will be hired from the local population. In addition, HMG requests permission for a security staff of four, despite security being provided by your own government. These guards, of the Royal Naval Infantry Embassy Security Corps, would work closely alongside your own staff to safeguard the embassy. They would primarily be armed with the SAG-250 .45 caliber sidearm, however four 5.4mm L54 personal defense weapons would be stored in a weapons locker adjoined to their quarters, only to be utilized in an emergency. All proper procedures regarding their admittance to your nation will of course be followed.

Cravanian embassy staff will be required to find their own lodgings off of embassy grounds, however their costs will be partially subsidized by HMG in addition to their usual paychecks. A separate ambassador's residence will be purchased by HMG to serve as a home for the ambassador and his family, as well as to play host for various diplomatic functions. The ambassador's residence will not be considered the sovereign territory of Cravan, unless Platinea is willing to extend said status to the residence.
