Probably isn't the best option for general service, but they do see some combat use so it isn't a bad idea.

Hey, for a wapen with a high rate of fire, say 1150 to 1250 RpM, would it make sense to replace single fire with a two or three round burst option?

Well the paintball course we went to last year had cutout of, like, afvs and stuff. So naturally I decided that I can snatch victory from the jaws of defeat from a numerically superior force by introducing the light Infantry to its natural enemy: Motor Infantry. So I had to of my fake-platoon mates pick up one of the AFV cutoutts (basically a 3.5m long/2m tall cutout of a Half-Track thing made of partical board and 2x4s) while I fired out of the front quarter portion while shouting orders.

I think I got eigteen KIA for four of my own KIA before someone decided that I was "cheating".

Welcome back to the 2015 NS paintball royal. Unsurprisingly the IDT/NSMR team has deployed paint WMD's and is currently pushing back the General team. Time will tell if the IDT/NSMR team's use of technology and war crimes will overcome the General teams numbers.

Tbh the real problem is that whenever something flies by my head its go time so I like to use unfair advantages.

Suppressing fire? You bet.
Flanking manuvers? Fuck yeah.
Taking the guns and ammo off casualties to increase potential fire? You know it.
Buying paintball grenades to flush people out of hiding and then shooting them as they flee? Duh.
Making manuver and cover elements and spending 20 minutes beforehand explaining small unit tactics? Duh.
Pumping four extra rounds into enemy KIAs? What is this, a UN trail?

Admittedly I've only spent three hours or so playing paintball, but I found that those more experienced with the game tended to do these anyway (also me because I occasionally pay attention in this thread), and I'm actually surprised that paintball grenades and maneuver and cover elements count as unfair advantages.
