The only weapon capable of doing it that I know of is the Russian AN-94 which interestingly enough legitimately looks pretty nice.

Not quite

The fire rate for Hyperburst should be about 1200-1400 rounds/minute and more.
The FAMAs does not reach these, and the M231 does its high fire rate by way of simply being absurdly well thought out design.
Hyper burst requires, generally ,some interesting retarding system or version thereof.
