Do you not understand how this works? Unless your people/tribe/culture happen to be on the Empire's list of acceptable persons. And, in order to survive colonization, your tribe must pass a set of trials; most of which might actually the old Roman "decimation" concept via force of combat followed by the survivors going head-to-head and hacking each other part. Last tribe standing in the newly acquired territory has the right to life. And serving the empire either in war or in the mines depending what type of "Merit" the Ministry of Colonia Management deems them to fit into.

Honestly, it's hilariously darwinian, and can in many ways flat-out destroy the cultures of the surviving tribes, leaving them as shells of their once proud selves; ripe for use as slaves or soldier-serfs. Frankly, it's like a dark historical comedy with geopolitical overtones.

So I cobbled together a functional spreadsheet to calculate it (so I can be lazy later), And your total volume with 1.5mm case thickness is 200,659.93mm^3, or 200.66cm^3.*
I also calculated volumes for different volumetric efficiencies, so here ya go.
95%= 206.89cm^3
90%= 196.00cm^3
85%= 185.11cm^3
80%= 174.22cm^3
*my last calculation was incorrect- I subtracted case thickness from the radius as opposed to diameter.

You're assuming that the Waelhrefnas don't have long range bows of their own or shields. While archery levels greatly depend on who has been recruited in the last three or four worlds, they always have heavy infantry.
