I believe we might be restructuring our map, Insy, so this talk might be a tad premature at this point.

Description of National Culture: The Itelviqq are a reclusive people. They are also very traditionalist, not allowing many more progressive ideas to pass; arranged marriages are still common. The food is fairly uniform, with not many choices in a tundra archipelago.
Climate and Geography: Itelviqq is made up of over 2,000 islands, ranging from several hundred kilometres in size to only a few metres. The coasts are rocky and often made up of cliffs, with most exceptions being used for cities. The temperature is fairly standard throughout the year, rarely changing from the standard 0 degrees to 5 degrees Celsius.

Your estimated GDP for a nation of your population size is very very high. With these stats, your GDP/c would be approximately 407,060. Would you mind adjusting stats a bit?
EDIT: I'm not certain if you mean 2002 Billion or 2.002 Billion. If the latter case is true, then your GDP/c is actually very small. I'm not sure if that's by design.

Roleplaying Example or Link (Please provide at least three paragraphs): Alright, finished the story. Here it be:The sun glared down upon Harrison’s head, doing nothing to help the 100 degree temperatures. Ever since both Bajas had been incorporated into California, the capital of the state had been moved to the more centralised location of San Diego.
“Might as well’ve stayed up in Sacramento,” he grumbled to himself, unaccustomed to the ever present heat.
“And just what are you implying about my city, Mr. Harrison?” asked Michael Wells, who had just joined Harrison on his walk to the Hotel Del Coronado. He was a San Diego native, and known for his loyalty to his city.
“You know damn well what I’m implying,” Harrison replied. After a momentary standoff, both men grinned.
“Haven’t seen you in years, mate,” Wells said. “How’s Del Norte been treating you?”
“Better than this city, at least weather-wise.” Harrison chuckled.
“Yeah, figures they’d pick the hottest week of the year to do this.” The men were silent for a few moments.
“How’s it come this far, Harrison?” Wells asked. “When I was younger, there was no city drownings, or multi-billion dollar levee projects, or decades-long Congresses and presidential tenures, or deploying troops to kill our own people…”
“You thought your time was calm?” Harrison chuckled again, this time more grimly. “I remember a time before the Novorossiyan crisis, or the Migrant crisis, or Hurricane Marco. And then there was the time of my father, before even 9/11.” Harrison felt the sting of a man far past his prime, knowing death was just around the corner.
They spent the rest of the walk in silence.
The conference room was ill fitted for the gravity of the representatives’ situation. The wood ceilings and white tablecloths washed in a warm light, the room was one of the few places he had seen that was reminiscent of the less chaotic, yet no less tense, time of the late Cold War. Altogether, it was more fitting for a convention or a wedding reception, but a technically illegal organisation had to take what it could. Harrison took his seat near the podium and projection screen. As the rest of the representatives filed in, he occasionally made passing small talk, but otherwise remained silent.
Occasionally, a passing representative would give Harrison a pitying look, before continuing on. Harrison had seen this glance innumerable times, and had come to detest it. The look said he was an old, old man, and one to be pitied. His permanently depressed expression, a relic of the effect his time stationed in Donetsk had had on him, did little to help his case.
After what seemed like only a few minutes, Governor Martinez entered the room, his face looking about as dejected as the representatives. He was flanked on either side by members of the California Revolutionary Guard. Only a few years younger than Harrison, yet appearing decades younger, he advanced to the podium. “This emergency meeting of the Californian Parliament shall come to order,” he said, his firm voice easily reaching the other side of the conference room.
After the representatives had seated, Martinez continued. “I know I’m breaking parliamentary procedure, but as stated, this is an emergency meeting. Thus, roll call, the agenda, approval of minutes, and other such niceties have been abandoned. For our safety, we must come to a vote immediately.” He slowly hung his head, a tear dripping down onto the podium. Correction, Harrison thought, He seems far more dejected than we do.
Martinez raised his head, attempting to appear calm. “The representative of Alameda County, himself representing a coalition of thirty-two other counties, has requested to speak.”
The Alamedan representative stood up from his seat. The boy appeared to be in his early twenties, and by his gaunt features and shaking hands, appeared to be afraid of his own proposal. “I-I, representing the Coalition of the Thirty-Two, move that the State of California declare independence from the United Republic of North America.” He sighed, slumping back down in his chair.
“Would anyone like to second this motion?”
Several hands rose up in the air, each less certain than the last.
“Motion seconded. Do any representatives request discussion?”
Silence.
“Apologies for skipping procedure, but let’s get to the point - all in favour of this motion?”
Slowly, deliberately, nearly everyone’s hand rose.
“All opposed?”
A single hand began rising, before its owner realised the unpopularity of his opinion, and quickly lowered.
“We’ve come to an agreement, then,” Martinez said. “We shall meet at a later date to decide the intricacies of our new nation. For now, however, this meeting is adjou-”
He became sharply silent as the doors to the conference room were kicked down.
The next few seconds were a flurry of motion, yelling, and gunshots, as clad in all black systematically killed every delegate in the room. Harrison, utterly horrified, jumped under the table in desperation.
When he heard vases and glasses being smashed as the soldiers flipped tables, he knew death had found him. Unfortunately for it, however, this understanding that his time had come gave him a newfound resilience.
When his table was flipped out from above him, he looked the soldier right in the eyes. When he seemed to show remorse for killing an old man, Harrison smiled grimly, then spit in his face.
The soldier lifted his handgun, and all was replaced with oblivion.
