If you're reading this, you're at least slightly interested in the rather clumsy Altmoran effort to connect with other Nations. Whilst we don't have the best reputation, we offer an embassy program to offer to other nations, our own perspective and perhaps bring understanding to those of you who condemn our practices. Ours is an Efficient and Competent Government, perfectly willing to Cooperate with your Diplomats in the hopes of building a better future for the Multiverse alongside other nations, rather than trying to go it alone, because let's face it, some of our folks are just grey-haired, grouchy, snobbish, bigoted prudes and we don't want to die because Grandpa doesn't want to trust the Aliens offering us new opportunities out of the fear that he thinks one of them is going to molest him in the Public Restrooms.
Now, here's a quick overview of who you're trying to get into Diplomacy with. An Anglo-Celtic bunch of sentimental imperialists. As a Fascist, White Supremacist State, we have our preferences. Should you choose to do your research (Which I highly suggest you do), you may find our principles and values totally abhorrent, in which case, we may very well think the same about you. I have seen my fair share of nations that really should hate Altmora send in an Application in apparent defiance of what I would assume to be Rational Thinking. Whilst we are very liberal with our granting of embassies (If you follow Regulation), even going so far as to put Racism aside for the sake of politeness and maybe some actual interest (Andronicanism is only really aggressively and rigidly observed when territory that is rightfully Altmoran/being Colonised is concerned) there are nations that we would rather salt and set on fire as opposed to authorise their flag to fly within the Heart of Amiran. Please consider public opinion as well as your own when deciding whether or not to apply for an embassy in the Holy Altmoran Empire. Although, just because an Embassy request is denied, doesn't mean that everything ends there. We are also happy to accept a Diplomatic Mission in the form of a Diplomatic visit.
Should your embassy request be accepted, note that it is customary for your delegates and their families as well as staff to be accompanied by Altmoran Weoroldgehilda (Civil Enforcers/Guardsmen). As well as being a token gesture of goodwill, it marks the diplomatic mission as legitimate and recognised by the Emperor to the Altmoran Population and to the regular Police. This also goes for Diplomatic visits.
You should also note the planetary difference between our nations. Should you be incapable of travelling across the stars, we shall provide a transport for you.
Also, just as a side note, if you do decide to apply, when picking an embassy, please pick the next available slot and not a random one or the one at the end (Don't be that Guy), because I'll add more to the Embassy Row just to take that away from you.

Regulations (Embassies)
Regulations (Diplomatic Visits)
-Absolutely no Weapons allowed. Security of a Foreign Dignitary on a Visit is handled by the local police or a personal guard if requested.
-Vehicles for diplomatic visits are Subject to the same regulations as those for Embassies.
-Imported Substances are subject to the same regulations as those for embassies unless they are an integral part of the Visitor's Culture or Requirement to maintain normal biological function.
-Interaction with Civilians or Altmorans that are not a part of the Diplomatic Mission is not prohibited but may result in public discomfort or a very long awkward silence.
Diplomatic Etiquette/Protocol
-DO NOT alter the Application forms in any way. Doing so will most likely result in immediate rejection of the Application with one comment reiterating this point.
-Any Electrical Appliance or piece of Equipment WILL be subjected to scanning for Prohibited pieces of software (Such as Torrenting Programs) or a safety hazard. Equipment that fails this examination will not be allowed into the HAE.
-Reapplication after rejection is allowed at any time. However, repeatedly breaking regulations after reapplying will result in the introduction of cooldown periods on when you may apply again.
-You may issue Diplomatic staff with Armed Escorts, but they will be followed by a larger and heavier armed Altmoran Police Unit. 5 is the Armed Personnel limit for such operations. Any wandering Guards will be questioned by Police.
-AS OF THE SIGNING OF THE SIGEMĒCEBRŌÞOR GESIBSUMNES, WE UPHOLD OUR ANTI-BOLSHEVIST VALUES. ALL COMMUNIST APPLICATIONS WILL BE REJECTED.
-Denouncing of Christianity will not be accepted. We will allow Freedom of Religion for all Embassy Staff, however, they will be expected to keep it to themselves.
-Foreign Flags are not permitted to fly higher than 20 metres from the ground.
-Embassy Security Staff may not intervene in Police affairs outside the grounds of the embassy unless it directly threatens their own wellbeing, the wellbeing of other embassy staff, property of the diplomatic mission (vehicles, etc.) or the embassy itself.
-If your armed escort is the sole cause of traffic problems, it may be halted and pulled over by Altmoran authorities.
-You may bring Animals such as Horses into the Holy Altmoran Empire as transport, However, they must pass inspection.
-Officers or Soldiers in Joint-Exercises, Officer exchange programs etc, do not require individual Visas but will be asked to show a passport and proof of being a part of a particular operation.
