Nobody would agree with it, as reasonable as it might be. It's a stupid law to enforce, seeing as how everyone sets their own speed limits. It's boring as a topic, and even if you did pass it, you don't exactly have a way of judging it, seeing as how it's an automobile law... something that is regulated by numbers, which YOU CAN'T JUDGE

We have unlimited speed roads, a lot like the autobahn in Germany
There are not many safety regulations, but we have a decent expressway patrol that deals with troublemakers, which is easy because more people prefer public transit over cars.

We must ask... what is the rate of death per 1,000 accidents in Sinterior?

Because last year we had a total of 1,607 motor vehicle related deaths... out of a driving population of 4.6% or roughly 499 million drivers.
