The request for the Bhikkustani embassy to be built so it can be served as a temple has been noted, but it should be expressed that security for outsiders having access to the embassy will be the concern of the Bhikkustani government and Ambassador. The Foreign Affairs Diplomatic Council after reviewing the application for diplomatic ties has declined the request for diplomatic ties from Middle Han on the grounds of advanced types of weapons. We can assure the Foreign Ministry of Middle Han that Covonant is a safe country and the numbers and types of weapons expressed is unnecessary, and guarantees immediate decline of this form. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government of Covonant is honoured to have established diplomatic ties with the aforementioned States effective immediately.
