TO THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE GLOBAL COMMUNITY

To-day, the nineteenth of July of the year two-thousand and fifteen, the International Relations and Housing Act goes into effect.

This act states that the Republic of New Hampshire may now open itself to the construction of foreign embassies and consulates within its borders.

Rules for foreign ambassadors and consuls have been set by the IRHA, and will be listed below.

I, along with the people of the republic hope that this move may bring harmony between New Hampshire and those who construct missions within her borders.

All nations are welcome to apply, but some nations may be subject to additional questions and/or stipulations.

About the New Hampshire Republic
The New Hampshire Republic was first formed in 1776 as the State of New Hampshire. The State fought alongside the other British North American colonies during the American War for Independence. They joined the Confederacy of American Colonies by signing the Articles of Confederation in 1781. In 1787, the State refused to sign the United States Constitution, and seceded to form the Second State of New Hampshire. From 1788-1789, New Hampshire fought for its independence from the United States, and won it, shortly before the inauguration of the first President of the United States.

From 1789 onward, New Hampshire experienced industrial and monetary growth, reaching a point of prosperity in the 1850s. In 1795, the Republic of New Hampshire was officially declared. In 1856, New Hampshire faced a massive depression, from which it didn't recover until 1870. Following the depression, New Hampshire moved forward in sciences, literature, and arts, creating somewhat of a Renaissance from 1875-1900. After the end of the Renaissance, the New Hampshirites continued to make advances, such as becoming the first country to issue universal inoculation in 1911.

In 1942, New Hampshire got involved in the War in Europe, attempting to curb the advances of the Nazis. Following the Allied victory, New Hampshire struck prosperity once again, sending out more innovative technologies to the world, including computers, new agricultural methods, and cures to diseases.

Today, New Hampshire is known for its economies, its schools, and its state-of-the-art healthcare system.

The two most prominent languages are English and French.

City of Concord

The New Hampshire State House in Concord, where the House of Representatives and Senate meet.

The City of Concord is the federal capital of the Republic of New Hampshire. Founded in 1734, Concord has been the capital of New Hampshire since its founding, when the area was still part of Great Britain. The city is rather small, only having a population of around 42,700. In the city's heyday, around 1850, the city was also the industrial and financial center of the Republic. Since then, both have shifted to Nashua, Portsmouth, and Manchester.

The city is home to the State House, the Executive Mansion, and the Supreme Court buildings. It is also home to many federal agencies for the Republic, including the Republican Investigation Bureau (RIB) and the Republican International Trade Agency (RITA).

It is also home to several international schools, universities, and community colleges. Concord is also home to the best public school system in the Republic.

All embassies established in the country will be established here, the center of history and culture in the Republic.

Government of New Hampshire
The government of New Hampshire consists of three branches: executive, legislative, and judicial. The executive branch consists of the President of the Republic (POTR) and his cabinet. As the name suggests, they execute the decisions of the other two branches. The legislative branch consists of the House of Representatives and the Senate. This branch makes the laws of the Republic. The third branch is the judicial branch. This branch makes sure the laws passed are constitutional.

The legislature of the Republic of New Hampshire consists of a lower house (House of Representatives) and an upper house (Senate) that make laws regarding almost all issues in the Republic. The House is held by the Liberty Party, a libertarian, center-right party, and the Senate is held by the Republican Party, a right-wing party.

Presidency

The New Hampshire Executive Mansion in Concord

The President of the New Hampshire Republic is the head of government in our nation. He appoints ambassadors, county attorneys, and cabinet members. He also is the one responsible for finalizing declarations of war that have been passed by the legislature. He also signs laws that have been passed by the legislature.

The current president is Dr. Jason Pasteur of the Liberty Party.

The Courts

The New Hampshire Supreme Court

The Supreme Court decides intercounty cases, and cases against the governments of towns/cities/counties/the federal government. The Supreme Court has five members, and the members are appointed by Congress. They serve either until they are impeached, quit, die, or until they're seventy years-old.
