Nah, the three bands of colours are based off the Prince's Flag of the Dutch Republic when Liberty was a Dutch outpost called New Rotterdam. The Black figure is meant to be a silhouette of the statue of Happiness, the global icon of freedom and democracy. The meaning of the stars in the bottom are currently unknown.

[The Rossinite Empire]

The Flag of the Rossinite Empire or the "Rossinite Jack" is primarily derived from the present British flag defaced in a circle of 13 stars. The emblem in the middle represents the Southern Cross, a constituent country in the Rossinite Empire. The significance of the 13 stars represent the 13 dominions that formed the Kingdom of the Rossinite Empire while the inclusion of the Emblem of the Southern Cross represents the incorporation and elevation of the Southern Cross as a home nation and in turn, both the Rossinite Empire and the Southern Cross, distinct yet united in dominion, autonomy and association.

The Brellachi flag represents two concepts. The earthy brown background colour represents the 'True Ground', or the earth beneath our feet, which they believe to be part of their goddess. The symbol laid atop it is the Glyph of Light, the most fundamental pictograph in the Brellachi alphabet, which is the symbol of their goddess, their religion, and the Divine Queen herself.

The flag is from the early renaissance, used by Nikolausstädter merchants to identify themselves from the Hansa traders in the Baltics. The white is based off the Hansa flags while the green was taken from the city's strong ties with the Duchy (later Kingdom) of Saxony and was officially adopted by the city's government after the Great Northern War. During that time Nikolausstadt was protected by Poland, which was ruled by a Saxon king during that time, and the flag was used to show their friendship towards the Wettin dynasty of Saxony, with the green colour used in the ducal crown in their coat of arms and in the flag of Saxony.

Breaking it down by the flags within. The Estonian flag can be seen within a Nordic Cross, which yes i know, Estonia cannot into Nordic. however, Vaikneland isnt just Estonia, but that is where the original territory is. The blue is represented as the sky, and sometimes the sea, The black being the vast and open wilderness/nature in outr country, and the white is the, well, snow. This is an actual Estonian flag proposal, but was never used, so this is used in Vaikneland as the "what Estonia could have been able to do".
