We are not in the habit of using magic offensively against nations with which we are not at war, and even if we were at war with you it would be extremely dishonorable to do such a thing to a civilian. Your people have nothing to fear from our abilities. In fact, if our services are needed we are capable of powerful Healing spells and other "good" magic that could greatly benefit the Morehuvian people, and since your nation seems to be a potential ally we would be more than willing to use our magic for this purpose.

We understand that water is scarce in your nation. However, an artificial roof garden, unless it contains real plants (we've never heard of this being done artificially, so forgive our ignorance on the matter) sort of defeats the purpose (namely oxygen) that our green roofs shoot for. For this reason, we are fully prepared to supply all of our own water, including plumbing/running water, independently of Morehuvian resources. We hope that this concession, which despite the increased availability of water with magic is still quite costly to us, allows for reconsideration on this particular issue so that we might be allowed to install a green roof in spite of your water restrictions.

Also, please note that if your nation is in a drought, Ambassador Pasadore would be willing to conjure rain and/or snow upon request, thereby providing water to every Morehuvian rather than just one embassy in Morehuver.
