These are the results of the last election in my country.
LIBERTY PROJECT 51 seatsA right-wing liberal party, leader of the Plural Assembly coalition. It was the third political party of the country for more than 30 years, but not so long ago it became the largest party, although they are second in popular vote. They are a mostly urban party with a lot of support among the middle and upper classes, as well as among the youth.
CONSERVATIVE RIGHT 46 seatsA right-wing conservative party, leader of the National Unity coalition. It was the largest party of the country since year 40, but has been declining since year 80, nevertheless, with their fusion with minor right-wing parties, it has managed to stay strong and right now it seems to be growing again.
DEMOCRATIC PARTY 32 seatsA center-left conservative party. It was one of the traditional political parties of the country, and the eternal rival of the Conservatives. The Democrats ruled the country less times than the Conservatives, and with a rapid decline in the last decades, they were surpassed by Liberty Project, which they consider to be worse than the Conservatives. They have joined the National Unity coalition led by their old enemies, the Conservatives, in order to preserve the old status-quo against the rise of liberalism.
FEDERAL UNITY 24 seatsA center-right conservative party. The Federal Unity is a loose coalition of regional politicians, most of them former members of minor parties that split from the mainstream Democratic and Conservative parties. They are members of the National Unity coalition and support the Conservatives in most issues. In the past, before the rise of Liberty Project, they would support Democrats or Conservatives depending on the circumstances.
THE PLURALITY 18 seatsA center-right libertarian party. The Plurality is the newest political party in the country and is a member of the Plural Assembly led by Liberty Project. They are similar to Liberty Project but have some more radical ideas, like transhumanism and allowing zoophilia.
PROGRESSIVE ALLIANCE 4 seatsA center-left libertarian party, and member of the Plural Assembly. It is a merger of some older and smaller political parties of the liberal left, that consider Democrats to be social conservatives. They are close to the worker unions (that are small and weak in this country) and to the environmentalists.
Other political parties, without any representation in the Parliament, include the Tradition Party and the Workers' Front.
