Brasilistan is an International Issue. If all of us started claiming land that we got from game standard issues, it'd be stupid. You need a valid reason other than an random generated country on NS being colonized.

Brazilistan is reason for cities in FCG expansion, as opposed to vacant wilderness assumed for rest of claim. As a 2 hex claim is allowed per month and issue is never repeated for a nation, getting the chain issue is a larger milestone then map expansion. Of 5 areas in expansion, only one is annexed Brazilistan, others are just assumed sparsely populated wilderness that new port cities will be built on.

Reason for expansion is chain of supply points and harbors. Since infrastructure in prior article shows tunnels toward this area began in 1980, the Internationale incident was clearly only a handy excuse. With plans to take the land being much older. FCG will deny that it had been planning to annex the land before the incident officially of course.

I don't think there are any limits to why a nation can expand. The SC is magical so the land could simply surface and the smurfs living on it can ask your nation to join. That is only my opinion I don't have an official position. I will forward the question to the legitimate authorities.

I agree however please put more effort into your posts. Create a story or in this case expand upon the story. Just copy pasting part of an issue doesn't really cut it.
