Adultery is technically non-existent due to Taurans being "created" and not born. But marriage as a whole is banned and carries the penalty of removing one's cybernetic enhancements and then slowly having their life advanced so quick, they will disintergrate within one minute. The ashes are then thrown into the monstrous Iqannhq volcano. All of their "shieldmates" or battle partners are also thrown into the Iqannhq volcano alongside them.

It is highly illegal and warrants the death penalty by stoning.

Adultery is compulsory to have more lemon citizens, and those who don't do it will be turned back to their basic ingredients, recycled and recreated.

There is currently no law specifically outlawing adultery; however as a predominantly Catholic country, Adultery is seriously frowned upon to say the least. Known adulterers can expect significant amount of social backlash and negative public attention but no penalties under law. Depending on the neighborhood and area of the nation; the amount of social backlash could be considered severe is more than enough to keep potential cheaters from capitalizing on opportunities to engage in such deviancy. As the old Valyrian saying goes, ''Words are more painful than swords if spoken the right way.]''

Seliya has no specific laws to legislate marriage; it´s entirely private. The usual substitute are so- called "Civil unions" wich, as far as the law is concerned, are contracts like any other. These contracts may or may not prohibit adultery; if they do prohibit it, it would be considered a violation of the terms of contract, and therefore be grounds for divorce.
In practice, adultery is relatively frequent. The implicit assumption made by the general public is that, as long as nobody complains, nothing bad has happened. If somebody complains, they should simply get a divorce. Beyond that, as it is considered private, nobody cares all that much what other people do in their free time.

It's been deemed not important to the government and is legal, Although its highly shunned upon by the conservative people of our nation and can lead to your personal isolation. It's considered grounds for divorce and will more then likely not work out very good for you.

Illegal. Punishment is caning and payment of a fine of 1,000 Shan to the spouse cheated on. If both partners committed adultery, including instances of consensual "swinging" no fine is necessary but all offenders are caned.

Illegal with Punishment ranging from a public shaming to the spouse getting one free punch at both adulterers.
it is also one of the few ways to obtain a divorce.

Adultery is not outlawed, since it causes no harm to anther. It certainly is grounds for a divorce, however.

There is no legislation for adultery in East Vordania. Since the establishment of the Democratic Republic the government has routinely pursued an ideology that focuses on promoting the community as a whole rather than individuality or loyalty to the family unit. Service to the community and the state is more important that family links. Therefore although marriage is still a common occurrence on East Vordania it is not seen as the only or event the best vehicle for the develop of the Socialist community. Some within the Democratic Republic have even openly supported multiple partner relationships as a better means for creating a more equal society.

In Mansuriyyah, adultery is a crime punished by death by stoning. However, the legal requirements in order for this punishment be applied are so instringent that it is virtually never done, so most cases od adultery end in bitter divorces, or in the ocasional "honor crime", that is treated as homicide by the authorities and prosecuted accordingly.

The smallest social unit is the work unit, which consists of ten people. Adultery, therefore, does not exist.

Ubiquitous, although women more commonly discover alcohol when the marriage isn't satisfying anymore, since unlike men they weren't very commonly in touch with it since youth. It is natural for a man to have several mistresses, quite apart from the 'one-night stands' which happen all the time.
