Adultery doesn't exist in Solitan.

In Solitan, men and women are encouraged to find mates to produce the most genetically pure offspring. It doesn't regulate on how many mates a man or woman may have.

Marriage doesn't so much exist as much as an oath of loyalty to ones chosen mate.

Adultery is illegal and will result in a fine and some level of public humiliation. There's also usually jail-time accompanying, depending on how long the affair lasted. If they're is no evidence to suggest how long and neither participant is will to sell the other out, fines will be increased threefold.

Policy on adultery is one of the many social areas that is devolved to the religious communities in Woolzistan. Strictly speaking it is illegal throughout the country, although to varying degrees. In Christian or Dabadi areas of the country adultery is generally considered suitable grounds for divorce and that is far as any "punishment" goes*. However, in more conservative rural Sunni or Shia areas adultery is punished much more greatly. Sharia courts decide on the matter and generally female adulterers come off a lot worse that male adulterers. In such areas Honour Killings are occasionally reported on although are typically hushed up by the authorities when they do occur.

*It is worth remembering that polygamy is technically legal in the Sunni, Shia and Dabadi Muslim communities and in the Woolzian Orthodox community. In the Dabadi and Woolzian Orthodox communities is is legal for a woman to have multiple husbands.

For a while, there were no laws concerning Adultery in Vudnia. Then During the reign of Grand Prince Lothar, The Grand Prince and his wife were known to have engaged in sex parties so graphic, they would make porn stars blush.

Adultery was outlawed under the Exceptionalists, and it's definition was broadened to include any sexual act between unmarried people, including masturbation, kissing, and hugs in some cases. (Naturally, the punishment for females was worse than for males. For instance, any couple caught kissing in public, the man would receive ten lashes while the woman would serve ten years in an Augustinian institute)

Virtually all of the exceptionalist laws regarding adultery have been repealed.

There are no rules concerning adultery, and extra-marital relationships are quite common. Men can often be seen strolling around with their mistresses and wives!

If somebody cheats in a marriage and the couple files for divorce, the person who cheated can be hit with a relatively hefty fine, particularly if they have children.

Adultery is a personal issue and hence not for Skinhead Nation to legislate for or against. Henceforth it's fully legal.

Any women who break their ownership contract are executed, however, multiple men can negotiate a shared contract, so that the woman will be shared.
Any men who have anything to do with an adultery event will not be punished

Adultery is not illegal and won't get you jailed, but it is frowned upon and just plain wrong. Now as for Saudi Arabia...don't do it there.

Adultery while quite typical among especially the nobles is technically against the law due to the Catholic aspect of both state and family. So while many people are in fact adulterers they are expected to be discreet about it and if they get too overt it is quite often they are warned by Imperial Inquisitors and if they do not cease their actions they can be given a fine and a short spell in the Inquisitors custody to hope they will cease their actions. If the person having affairs though is an upper noble or even an Imperial it is just as likely after they receive a warning the Inquisitors will suppress the rumours rather than the people.

Legal, but highly frowned upon, and the adulterer is seen as weak if they can't be faithful to their spouse.

Adultery is legal and fairly common. Until 2010, however, honor killings against unfaithful spouses were not explicitly illegal, and in many cases the murderer was absolved.

With no specific legislation addressing adultery existing anywhere in the Federation of Lillorainen, consider it legal. While it isn't too common and may serve as a reasoning for divorce, one can also find marriage couples who are more open about it every now and then.

Since Lillorainen's geography is currently being overhauled a 'tiny' bit, most information on it posted before December 12, 2018, is not entirely reliable anymore. Until there's a new, proper factfile, everything you might need to know can be found here. Thank you. #RetconOfDoom (Very late update, 2020/08/30 - it's still going on ...)

Adultery is illegal. Punishment varies depending on how long the affair(s) was carried on for.
